We will assist you every step of the way to create the grandest affair, accommodating from 50 to 500 guests with the utmost personal touch. Our magical waterfront property and Roman style landscaped gardens are further enhanced with a gazebo, statues and a majestic 40-foot waterfall.

Tivoli Ballroom

Entering the Tivoli Ballroom begins with a dramatic 30 foot marble runway that flows into its seemingly endless dancefloor. The room features Victorian style brass and crystal chandeliers suspended from its luxurious 15 foot coffered ceilings. The room is accented by 10 foot windows, crystal sconces, gold Chiavari chairs, and hand painted gold-leaf medallions. Accommodating anywhere from 125- 300 guests you will feel like royalty as you celebrate your special day in our Tivoli Ballroom which is perfect setting for your Wedding.

Grand Ballroom

Following your cocktail hour your guests will be in awe as they enter our Grand Ballroom. Hosting events for 200 guests or greater. The Grand ballroom features a seemingly endless Brazilian quartzite dancefloor, breathtaking crystal chandeliers, custom wrought iron entryway, gold chiavari chairs, and a private outdoor patio. Natural light pours through our sheer draped windows, accenting our custom crown molding and wainscoting. Each crystal sconce around the room features built in LED lighting that can be customized to your color choice. Each side of the room features its own marble-topped service bars to enjoy your signature cocktail. The Grand Ballroom's timeless white trim décor is the perfect setting for your Wedding.

The property features a 60 ft cobblestone walkway leading up to a raised pedestal at the water's edge An absolutely perfect location for your “first look”. The property is meticulously maintained and features seasonal flowers to guarantee breathtaking water-front pictures that will last a lifetime.
