A few years ago I was in your shoes, except, I didn't get the images of my dreams. I got a photographer for our wedding day, and I had no idea what I was doing. On the day of my wedding, my photographer made me feel stressed and uncomfortable with all the posing and lack of communication. And when I got my images back, I wasn't happy with the results and there wasn't anything I could do about it. That's why I'm here for YOU! Because your wedding is more than just a day with some photos.

I am a passion motivated, trust your intuition, get out and experience, detail driven, happy yogi who loves to take pictures, meet new people and create beautiful authentic memories with my camera. Originally from Canada, a love of travel has taken me around the world in search of new experiences and deeper understanding of our world. Hi, I’m Becca—the creative behind Stir Photography. Based in Jackson, Wyoming, I specialize in intimate wedding and elopement photography that’s adventurous, laid-back, and bighearted. I got into photography because I wanted to tell real stories and honor genuine connections. The human element of my work is my very favorite part, and the reason I do all of this. A mountain girl at heart, I was born in Idaho and have been lucky enough to call Jackson Hole home since 2014. I received my first camera for Christmas when I was thirteen and I've been passionate about photography ever since. Another of my passions is art history, which is what I studied in undergraduate and graduate school. Seemingly unrelated on the surface I truly believe that my background in art history helped hone my artistic eye and continues to inform my photography through composition, light, and framing. I truly love photography and cherish the opportunity to meet and work with so many incredible couples and families.
