Stir Photography

Hi, I’m Becca—the creative behind Stir Photography. Based in Jackson, Wyoming, I specialize in intimate wedding and elopement photography that’s adventurous, laid-back, and bighearted. I got into photography because I wanted to tell real stories and honor genuine connections. The human element of my work is my very favorite part, and the reason I do all of this. The backdrop is just the icing on the cake :).

I approach everything I do with enthusiasm and respect, and the way I work is tuned-in and personal: I want you to feel comfortable being yourself so you can focus on what's important (your day, what it means, and the people you're choosing to spend it with).

Incredible Partner for Our Big Day

From the beginning, Becca was an incredible partner for us, and our conversations were very collaborative; we were deeply invested in having a wedding that we could thoroughly enjoy and be present at, and Becca made that possible, even arriving a day early to visit the venue so she could get a feel for the space. She's a great listener, and was very attuned to the vibe we were trying to cultivate. She is responsive, down-to-earth, asked terrific questions, and was thoughtful and sensitive about our guest dynamics (particularly with a couple of our guests who have complicated relationships with photography). On the day of, she fit in seamlessly, working with the day-of coordinators, the venue, and our guests to make sure she was in all the right places. She captured a truly staggering number of incredible, genuine, precious moments in some very tricky shooting conditions, and did a beautiful job of preserving the character of the space, our guests, and the most important parts of our celebration. Truly, working with Becca was one of the highlights of the planning process, and I can't overstate how pleased I am with the amazing wealth of beautiful photos we'll get to enjoy for decades to come.

Becca spent time with us for our vow renewal and then the next evening in the Tetons. She was so great to work with & we loved her energy & excitment. She easily socialized well with our group & we loved having her. Our final pictures are absolutely breathtaking. Timeline was appropriate, she communicated so well & she was so accommodating to my requests & concerns. When we come back to celebrate our anniversary in a couple years, I hope she’s still in the area so we can use her again. Would Recommend her services time and time again.
