My husband, Zach, and I got married on May 25, 2025 and working with Hannah was seriously one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I was definitely a type A bride, but Hannah welcomed all of my planning energy and gave us access to a bunch of resources to help in the process including her wedding planning guide, a design template for a wedding binder, and access to her event diagraming software. On our wedding day, Hannah set-up everything to perfection, she keep things moving seamlessly, and she made tear-down a breeze. I don’t even know what fires she had to put out during the day and that’s EXACTLY THE POINT! When I think back on the day, I can’t even remember a single thing that “went wrong,” and that’s a huge testament to everything Hannah did behind the scenes so we could both relax and fully enjoy the day with all of our family and friends. We were incredibly fortunate to have Jasmine as our day-of wedding coordinator. Our wedding included a traditional Indian ceremony followed by a classic American reception, and Jasmine handled every detail with professionalism and care. She is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Her experience as an Executive Assistant clearly shines through in her approach to wedding planning. She knows exactly what it takes to plan and execute a seamless event. We had only one month before our wedding and were working under very tight deadlines. From day one, Jasmine helped us get organized, created a clear plan for all the remaining tasks, and scheduled weekly check-ins to keep everything on track. She proactively communicated with our venue and vendor team whenever needed, ensuring nothing slipped through the cracks. Additionally, she went above and beyond to print us a seating map / chart at the eleventh hour when we did not have time or bandwidth but wanted to have a properly printed seating chart. During both the rehearsal and the wedding day, Jasmine gave 100% to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Even when we experienced some initial delays during the ceremony, she stayed calm, adapted quickly, and kept the day moving seamlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend Jasmine to any couple looking for a dedicated, reliable, and thoughtful wedding coordinator. She just GETS IT, she understood our vision and was great at making suggestions and problem solving. From day one, Kim made me feel at ease. She's warm and professional, and I knew that hiring her as my day-of coordinator was the right choice. She went above and beyond--helping plan my timeline, coordinating directly with my venue and other vendors, and communicating and checking in with me along the way. The day of my wedding, she was a calm and prepared l presence. She kept everything moving and organized. She made sure I had an enjoyable and memorable day with my husband and guests, while seamlessly absorbing details and stress throughout the day. She even snapped some photos (see below!), figured out the clasps on my dress, found floss when I needed it, and overall helped me feel like a special bride. I genuinely do not even know where to begin when it comes to Noelle because there are not enough words to explain how incredible she is. From the VERY beginning of my wedding planning process over a year ago, she handled absolutely everything and more. Any thought, question, idea, concern, crash out, or micromanaging moment I had (and trust me… there were MANY), I could text or call her at literally any time, and she was always there. Not once did she ever make me feel annoying, dramatic, or “too much.” Instead, she made me feel heard, understood, supported, and excited every single step of the way. What makes Noelle so special is that she doesn’t just “plan weddings.” She genuinely takes your vision and transforms it into something bigger and more beautiful than you could have even imagined for yourself. The ideas I had in my head for my wedding somehow came to life TIMES TEN. Every tiny detail was perfected. She thought of things before I even had to ask. She guided me through every decision while still making me feel like the wedding truly reflected me and my husband. And the professionalism? Insane. The organization? Insane. The patience? Saint level. She worked with my budget and constantly gave me options to still achieve the luxury, elegant look I wanted without making me feel pressured to spend beyond my means. She found almost all of my vendors, and every single one of them was phenomenal. The amount of compliments I still receive from guests weeks and months later about how beautiful, organized, and seamless my wedding was honestly speaks for itself. But what REALLY blew me away was wedding day itself. When I tell you I did not have a single worry in the world, I mean it. Noelle and her team handled EVERYTHING. She was genuinely a rockstar from beginning to end. At one point she literally did my late night McDonald’s run herself while her assistants stayed behind making sure me, my bridal party, and my family had everything we needed. Who does that?! That level of care is so rare. She treated my wedding like it was just as important to her as it was to me. Not only did she become my wedding planner, but over this past year she truly became someone so special to me and my family. My family and friends could not stop complimenting her professionalism, kindness, work ethic, and calming presence. I literally had my mom’s friends texting me asking for her information because they were so blown away by her. Noelle made wedding planning FUN. She made it exciting instead of stressful. Honestly, she makes me want to plan another wedding tomorrow just to work with her again. I’m truly going to miss our hours-long meetings spent perfecting every little detail because it all paid off in the most unbelievable way. I can confidently say my wedding would NOT have been what it was without her. She gave me the wedding of my dreams and more, and I will forever be grateful that I trusted her to guide me through one of the biggest moments of my life. I found Alexa on the Knot and booked her for Monarch’s full wedding planning package as my husband & I were planning a wedding outside of Chicago in an unconventional venue, 9 months away, and lived in another state. It was a big challenge but from the initial consultation, we loved Alexa’s energy, organization, commitment and just knew we could trust her with our once in a lifetime event. The planning process was extremely organized, thorough and well-paced. She matched my attention to detail, tackled unplanned challenges with ferocity (which included a limited selection of vendors given the location of our venue) and was as dedicated to bringing my very specific vision to life as I was. She brought great vendor recommendations and connections and did countless hours of research on new vendors. Details were well-documented and thoroughly discussed to ensure all parties were aligned. Even though our venue was farther outside Chicago (Indiana), she ran several venue walkthroughs in-person, attended vendor visits with me, and always accommodated my husband and I’s busy schedule. As Alexa started to step away for her maternity leave (which started right before our wedding date), she did an amazing job ensuring her team was fully prepared to handle last minute preparations and day-of responsibilities. The day-of team of 3 were awesome with completely handling all details A-Z so I didn’t have to worry about anything, even despite some last minute changes due to weather! Due to the complexity of our venue, its location, short timeline, and being from out-of-state, we are SO GLAD we booked Monarch for their full planning package and had the privilege of working with Alexa! It was sincerely our pleasure to have her bring our special day to life, she was a joy to work with and get to know. If I were getting married again, I’d book her services again no question!
