Photographing elopements happened by chance for me, but once I did my first one, I realized what an amazing experience it was for my couples. Having played a role on so many big wedding days, I realized there was so much my couples were missing out on. The stand out was the pace of the day and time spent with each other! I learned elopements moved at a much slower pace and that those couples had so much more time with each other.
