I'm a Brazilian photographer and filmmaker based in Los Angeles, specializing in multicultural weddings since 2018. I've photographed couples from all over the world, blending traditions from the USA to India, Nigeria to Scotland, Mexico to South Korea. Amazing!
Gui Bittencourt Photography exceeded our expectations on our wedding day. From the moment we first reached out, Gui responded quickly and was attentive to everything we needed. His professionalism shone through in every shot. He clearly knew what he was doing behind the camera. What really got us was how kind he was to us and our guests; several people mentioned how impressed they were with both Gui and the videographer. We also noticed that when our DJ mispronounced our last name during the reception introduction, Gui edited the footage to only include the corrected version. That level of attention to detail meant the world to us. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer!

We discovered Gui on Zola and reached out because of his experience with photographing marriages for various cultures and from various backgrounds. Gui's photographs also caught our eye as there were great candid shots to capture the moment and sweet posed ones. When we met with Gui over zoom to get to know each other, he was kind, responsive, and knowledgable. Gui helped put us at ease, and it was a fairly quick decision to go with him after we met. We did an engagement photo session with Gui. He was very flexible when the park we wanted to do the session at was closed. We were able to pivot, and Gui took incredible photos in the new location. Gui also did not pressure us always asking if we were okay with the poses, but adjusting us for better shots. We were so happy with the engagement photos. On the day of the wedding, Gui was prompt and punctual. We took a few shots before the ceremony. During the ceremony, Gui captured all the key moments, but we also received compliments from our guests that he did not distract or take away from teh ceremony. Gui did great with the family photos and was very gracious in the many photos with friends during the reception. We cannot recommend Gui enough. His demeanor helped to relieve any stress around the photos both during the engagement session and the wedding. Gui's experience with many different couples has helped him develop cultural sensitivity which he uses to capture and highlight the unique moments of their ceremony. BEST PHOTOGRAPHER!
I used him for two baptisms and they were the most beautiful pictures id seen til then.... then I asked him to be the photographer at my wedding and it was the best decision I'd ever made!!! He captured every single beautiful moment.I couldn't even decide on one picture when I got them... i had to print all of the pictures he sent to me. Gui was such a great photographer to work with! He was kind, patient, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the day. The photos turned out amazing. They look natural, but are beautifully enhanced. He also made sure to take pictures of all the guests, so we have a special memory of everyone who was there. We were so happy with how everything came out, and he got the pictures back to us just a few days after the wedding. I’d definitely recommend Gui to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.
