“From the moment I spoke with Pam in regards to booking for my wedding, she has been nothing but spectacular. I had received a quote promptly and the booking process was painless and easy(planning for a wedding is tough!). I first met Pam for my Bridal Trial (which we set up for the morning of my Bridal Shower). I received non-stop compliments about how flawless my makeup was. About a month before wedding day, Pam followed up with the wedding day timeline which made it easy to communicate to my girls. Wedding day! Pam arrived on time, had set up so quickly and was ready to go! All my bridesmaids were so shocked on their makeup. I had a range of different skin colors and textures of my girls and Pam was able to work with the different skin tones! They were absolutely breathtaking. Its rare to find someone who can provide services working with a wide range of skin tones. Now, my makeup was absolutely fabulous! The smokey eyes, wispy lashes, contoured cheeks and blush was gorgeous. I couldn't stop looking at myself in the mirror. I felt the most beautiful on my wedding day. Pam took her time and adjusted if I wanted something darker or different. I, of course, wanted alllll the glam. She gave me a beautiful glow on my shoulders and chest. My makeup lasted all day. “Treefilms is a stellar photography and videography company! After our venue, they were the second vendor we booked as photography and videography was very important to us. Ashley was responsive and kind from the beginning! She was open to our ideas in regard to location and then made it look even better in the photo video! We felt so comfortable during that shoot and at our wedding in front of the camera with them. They gave us enough direction that it was easy to know what to do, but did not result in stiff or overly posed pictures. The candid shots that they captured throughout the wedding day are photos we will cherish; they were able to capture all the emotions so perfectly. The team worked seamlessly with all the other vendors, they truly know what they’re doing! (Shoutout to Ashley for doing up the buttons on my dress!) Our wedding video is a work of art, I don’t think it’s comparable to the standard videos produced by other vendors. Treefilms is the vendor we recommend most to friends and family, and we look forward to working with them again in the future!”

“Our experience with The Riverview was incredible from start to finish. The process of booking included a detailed tour of the venue and a thorough review of the terms and conditions at a meeting to sign the contract, leaving us confident that we fully understood what we were agreeing to. Our tasting event was a wonderful chance to see the team in action and make some decisions about our own menu based on what we did and didn’t like. We worked with Kayla and Meghan as our coordinators, both of whom were a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive throughout the planning process. We were able to take advantage of their expertise based on experiences with past weddings but still had the flexibility to customize the details of the day so that it didn’t feel like a “cookie-cutter” event. And the physical space is truly beautiful! Our planning experience was wonderful, but the experience with the venue and team on the day of our wedding was exceptional. Meghan’s positive but firm leadership kept things moving smoothly and between her and our attendants, Cam and Felicia, every detail was attended to! They were prepared for everything, even wardrobe malfunctions, makeup mishaps, and last-minute requests. We did quite a bit of DIY planning and customizing, but on the day of, we did not need to lift a finger! We were especially impressed the the special attention paid to our priorities. My husband and I were excited about our menu and prioritized food during our planning meetings. At our wedding, the venue made sure we had plenty of opportunity to eat, but the excitement of the day took away our appetite. The Riverview team packed up all of the food we couldn’t eat and sent us home with our leftovers (plus some!) so that we still got to enjoy our meal! Another item worth noting is that although two weddings took place that night, we never would have known it! We could not hear the other wedding in our ballroom and never encountered the other group during the entire time we were on site! In short, planning our wedding at The Riverview was an amazing experience, and the wedding day itself was even better! I’d encourage anyone to book!”

“Shukhrat and his wife Rachel just shot our June 8th wedding and we couldn't be happier. They were amazing to work with and the photos are phenomenal! About the pictures: Shukhrat is versatile and very skilled. When we took our engagement photos he provided us with various styles of photos and editing, and then used our feedback to guide the photos he took at our wedding. He is also flexible. We got married in a city park and there were wayyyy more people in the park than we were expecting at 6:00pm at night. Without missing any of the candid details or true-to-life colors that we wanted, Shukhrat was able to frame the photos and/or alter the lighting so that the park goers were barely visible in the background. Both Shukhrat and Rachel are also very skilled at giving direction when needed, but letting you do your own thing the rest of the time. Neither my husband nor I have a lot of experience in front of a camera—they gave us enough direction to feel confident, without making us feel stifled or overly posed. We wanted photos that felt organic and genuine, and they were really able to capture that. Working with Shukhrat and Rachel: The two of them were a dream to work with. Incredibly professional--very communicative, punctual, quick turnaround time on photos. And they are also just lovely people. You spend so much time on your wedding day with your photographers, it's really important to feel comfortable with them, and we certainly did. They brought both a fun, but calming energy, easing our pre-wedding jitters before the ceremony, and leaning into the excitement as the night went on. Although we hardly know them, they felt like friends. We are so glad we booked Shukhrat for our wedding!”

“Walking into the morning of your wedding day can be nerve wracking and very emotional. Everyone is running around getting ready; people are getting their hair and make up done others are steaming all our dresses. It can be very stressful. BUT with all the craziness going on around me the moment I sat in Sarah’s chair I felt calm and everything fell into place. She made sure that her and I had our own space that no one could interrupt. Anything I needed she made sure to tell someone to get it for me. I told Sarah I wanted my makeup to be very natural and light and she delivered tenfold. I didn’t feel like my face was caked with makeup all night, the foundation didn’t make my face feel heavy. I truly couldn’t have looked more beautiful. Unfortunately the morning of my wedding was very humid so that meant I was most likely going to change my hair style. Sarah and myself both planned for my hair to be down during our trial run, but Mother Nature had other plans. The moment I saw Sarah that morning she looked at me and went updo? I laughed and confirmed because she already knew what I was thinking before I said it. Instead of being annoyed or panicked I changed my hair style the last moment; she smiled and hugged me and insured me I would look beautiful no matter what my hair style was and everything would be okay. Sure enough everything was perfect (yes it really was perfect). I fell in love with my updo instantly! The amount of compliments I got on my hair and makeup the night of my wedding and weeks after says it all; to how phenomenal of an artist Sarah Mains truly is.
