“Stephanie, aka DJ Stardust, DJed our wedding in June of 2023. Neither of us are huge music people, so we were looking for a DJ who could run with minimal direction, and Stephanie was exactly that! She was very organized and communicative leading up to the wedding day. She had a great form that we filled out with all the details you could possibly imagine in terms of songs we wanted/didn’t want/when, and she executed exactly as we expected. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were in three different rooms/spaces, and Stephanie seamlessly moved through providing appropriate music (and emceeing) at each. The one special thing we asked her to do was coordinate a “photo dash” (where everyone sitting at each table comes up to the dance floor for a group photo within the time limit of one song), and she did it very well. She accidentally skipped a table at one point, but rather than making a big deal about it, she joked about it and everyone laughed. The photo dash was one of the most talked-about things after our wedding. Something unique that our venue offered was the chance for DJs to plug into a high-end speaker system they had installed for a small fee. We asked Stephanie to do this, and at first she was hesitant because she didn’t want to be using equipment she wasn’t familiar with day-of (understandably!). Of her own volition, she reached out to our venue and coordinated a time where she could go see the equipment and practice setting up to make sure it would work with her equipment and just generally feel it out. We really appreciated her going above and beyond in this way, and the day of the wedding went off with no issues at all.”

“Treefilms is a stellar photography and videography company! After our venue, they were the second vendor we booked as photography and videography was very important to us. Ashley was responsive and kind from the beginning! She was open to our ideas in regard to location and then made it look even better in the photo video! We felt so comfortable during that shoot and at our wedding in front of the camera with them. They gave us enough direction that it was easy to know what to do, but did not result in stiff or overly posed pictures. The candid shots that they captured throughout the wedding day are photos we will cherish; they were able to capture all the emotions so perfectly. The team worked seamlessly with all the other vendors, they truly know what they’re doing! (Shoutout to Ashley for doing up the buttons on my dress!) “Our experience with The Riverview was incredible from start to finish. The process of booking included a detailed tour of the venue and a thorough review of the terms and conditions at a meeting to sign the contract, leaving us confident that we fully understood what we were agreeing to. Our tasting event was a wonderful chance to see the team in action and make some decisions about our own menu based on what we did and didn’t like. We worked with Kayla and Meghan as our coordinators, both of whom were a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive throughout the planning process. We were able to take advantage of their expertise based on experiences with past weddings but still had the flexibility to customize the details of the day so that it didn’t feel like a “cookie-cutter” event. And the physical space is truly beautiful! Our planning experience was wonderful, but the experience with the venue and team on the day of our wedding was exceptional. Meghan’s positive but firm leadership kept things moving smoothly and between her and our attendants, Cam and Felicia, every detail was attended to! They were prepared for everything, even wardrobe malfunctions, makeup mishaps, and last-minute requests. We did quite a bit of DIY planning and customizing, but on the day of, we did not need to lift a finger! We were especially impressed the the special attention paid to our priorities. My husband and I were excited about our menu and prioritized food during our planning meetings. At our wedding, the venue made sure we had plenty of opportunity to eat, but the excitement of the day took away our appetite. The Riverview team packed up all of the food we couldn’t eat and sent us home with our leftovers (plus some!) so that we still got to enjoy our meal! Another item worth noting is that although two weddings took place that night, we never would have known it! We could not hear the other wedding in our ballroom and never encountered the other group during the entire time we were on site! In short, planning our wedding at The Riverview was an amazing experience, and the wedding day itself was even better! I’d encourage anyone to book!”

Professional, responsive, and most importantly they listened. No upselling. No pressure. Just honest, experienced advice and flawless execution. We rented the full setup: tent, tables, chairs, linens, dance floor, photo booth, and string lights. Every piece was spotless, sturdy, elegant. The tent felt like a dream, clean and white, perfectly set up, and big enough to comfortably hold our guests (and then some). Tables and chairs? Classic and cozy. Not one wobbly leg or creaky seat. The linens matched our colors to a T. Crisp. Fresh. Ironed. I didn’t even know that mattered until I saw how beautiful everything looked put together. Then the string lights came on. And wow. That beautiful glow added a magical touch. Like a warm hug across the whole space. It turned our outdoor reception into a soft-lit fairytale. The dance floor was sturdy and smooth, perfect for heels, sneakers, and a few surprise breakdance moves. It held up all night without a single hiccup. And the photo booth was a huge hit. Our guests were obsessed. So many laughs. So many memories printed instantly. The props were clean and fun, and the photos looked amazing. They arrived on time. Set everything up perfectly. Double-checked with us throughout and all done with a smile. I honestly can’t recommend B_entertained enough.
