I felt very outside my comfort zone in knowing what kind of look I wanted and they were so helpful in narrowing down the style I liked and helped me in deciding between traditional or airbrush makeup. While I was nervous going into it, they consistently put me at ease. On the big day, they did an absolutely stunning job for me, my bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother-in-law. Janelle is truly the best at updos and I got so many compliments throughout the day on the glam look Lexus gave me. I felt so beautiful, and I know the other women did too! “From the moment I spoke with Pam in regards to booking for my wedding, she has been nothing but spectacular. I had received a quote promptly and the booking process was painless and easy(planning for a wedding is tough!). I first met Pam for my Bridal Trial (which we set up for the morning of my Bridal Shower). I received non-stop compliments about how flawless my makeup was. About a month before wedding day, Pam followed up with the wedding day timeline which made it easy to communicate to my girls. Wedding day! Pam arrived on time, had set up so quickly and was ready to go! All my bridesmaids were so shocked on their makeup. I had a range of different skin colors and textures of my girls and Pam was able to work with the different skin tones! They were absolutely breathtaking. Its rare to find someone who can provide services working with a wide range of skin tones. Now, my makeup was absolutely fabulous! The smokey eyes, wispy lashes, contoured cheeks and blush was gorgeous. I couldn't stop looking at myself in the mirror. I felt the most beautiful on my wedding day. Pam took her time and adjusted if I wanted something darker or different. I, of course, wanted alllll the glam. She gave me a beautiful glow on my shoulders and chest. My makeup lasted all day. “Our wedding at The Riverview was truly one of the most incredible experiences of our lives, and we honestly cannot stop reliving how perfect everything felt. From the moment we started planning to the very last song of the night, every detail was handled with so much care, professionalism, and genuine warmth. Kayla, our coordinator, was nothing short of amazing. She made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable, always one step ahead. Her calm, confident presence made such a difference, and we always felt like we were in the best hands. Brittany, the assistant coordinator, was equally wonderful and so attentive, kind, and supportive every step of the way. On our wedding day, not only did we have Kayla and Brittany, but we also had Cam and Tara, two more bridal attendants that were absolute lifesavers. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made sure we could truly be present and soak in every moment. “We worked with Paul for our January wedding. Originally, I was going to just create a playlist (I was having little to no formalities) until I saw he commented on a Connecticut Bride Facebook Group. Figured a DJ will give me one less thing to worry about, so I inquired and he immediately responded, provided a quick quote, and we set up our first meeting. He just made everything so easy! We had two one-hour long meetings to clearly identify our vision. My father passed a few years ago and we did many things to honor him at the party- signature cocktail, my sister spoke about him in her speech, his two best friends gave a combined toast on his behalf, but what made me really feel my dad was celebrated and “there in spirit” was when Paul intentionally played my dad’s favorite song prior to the first speech. It almost felt like that was my dad’s speech/toast to us. Family and friends picked up on Paul’s placement of my dad’s favorite song and commented that they were moved by it too. It was the only point of the night I got emotional. Paul really cares about his work and the people he works with. I’ve been to a handful of weddings where DJs play the couple’s Do Not playlist and just treats every wedding the same. I seriously can’t recommend Paul more.”

“Shukhrat and his wife Rachel just shot our June 8th wedding and we couldn't be happier. They were amazing to work with and the photos are phenomenal! About the pictures: Shukhrat is versatile and very skilled. When we took our engagement photos he provided us with various styles of photos and editing, and then used our feedback to guide the photos he took at our wedding. He is also flexible. We got married in a city park and there were wayyyy more people in the park than we were expecting at 6:00pm at night. Without missing any of the candid details or true-to-life colors that we wanted, Shukhrat was able to frame the photos and/or alter the lighting so that the park goers were barely visible in the background. Both Shukhrat and Rachel are also very skilled at giving direction when needed, but letting you do your own thing the rest of the time. Neither my husband nor I have a lot of experience in front of a camera—they gave us enough direction to feel confident, without making us feel stifled or overly posed. We wanted photos that felt organic and genuine, and they were really able to capture that. Working with Shukhrat and Rachel: The two of them were a dream to work with. Incredibly professional--very communicative, punctual, quick turnaround time on photos. And they are also just lovely people. You spend so much time on your wedding day with your photographers, it's really important to feel comfortable with them, and we certainly did. They brought both a fun, but calming energy, easing our pre-wedding jitters before the ceremony, and leaning into the excitement as the night went on. Although we hardly know them, they felt like friends. We are so glad we booked Shukhrat for our wedding!”

“Where do I begin? I contacted Sarah a couple months prior to my wedding and she was so enthusiastic to help! I’ve known Sarah since high school and have seen her grow as a hairstylist/make up artist through social media so I really did trust that she would make me shine for my big day. From getting my hair colored prior to the wedding, to the hair and make up trial and me leaving feeling like an absolute princess, I was ready for my wedding to come. Sarah made me feel so welcome in her studio and answered any and all of my questions no matter how dumb they seemed. Wedding day came and went in a flash, she was on time (early), she battled my toddlers getting into her things when she first entered and she made me feel like I was her priority, like nothing else mattered except my hair and make up on my special day.
