Out at the Vintage Rose Barn, one can enjoy all of the beauty mother nature has to offer and the charm of the countryside while still being easily accessible no matter what direction one is coming from. Whether it's in the bloom of the spring with blossoms of 120-year-old lilacs and daffodils to summer when the trees are a lush green with night skies filled with twinkling fireflies and falling stars, or in the fall when the colors burst into an enchanting sight. Mill Hall was built in 1873 and operated as a grain mill until the early 2000s. Following an extensive renovation, the Hall is now ready for use as an event venue. The space features two full floors of entertaining space. Downstairs offers 2800 square feet of formal dining area with full bar, featuring four barn doors to the outside porch. Morris built The Chapel as the Centre Meeting House on his 1,000 acre farm in Niles, Michigan. It began as the setting for his daughter's wedding and has since hosted important events for both the Morris family and community. Since 1830, this church has been a foundation of this community as the first and oldest recorded church within the quaint beach town of St. Joseph, Michigan. Now, we are opening our venue up to the community for booking weddings! Our rental fee for the ceremony space of $1385 includes: rental of the venue (indoor sanctuary/outdoor courtyard), officiant services, wedding coordinator, custodial services, and premarital counseling materials, and rehearsal time ($100 additional if you plan to serve food at the rehearsal). If the sanctuary is rented, the price also includes a computer operator/pianist & audio tech to run the sound system. The fellowship hall rental for reception is an additional $400-$500 ($400 M-F/$500 Sat-Sun).
