Matterhorn is a highly versatile venue suitable for both large-scale and intimate celebrations. The space is a timeless blend of charm and modern amenities. It’s chic décor and spacious floor plan add to the sophisticated aesthetic and flexible atmosphere, inviting guests to dream big and add their own bit of flair to the occasion. Established in 1977, Matterhorn has become one of Elkhart’s most treasured and long-standing venues. The expansive building features three separate banquet halls, all of which can be combined to accommodate larger gatherings. The East Room is the venue’s smallest space and provides a cozy setting for up to 80 people. The helpful staff can easily join the East, Oak, and West Rooms into a combination that best suits the desired needs and capacity. Linking all three rooms allows for a large dance floor and gives 500 guests ample room to mix and mingle.

Great space and staff
The Matterhorn Event Center was an absolute pleasure to work with for my client's wedding. Their communication style is clean, friendly, and they provided excellent food for the event. The venue itself has a very clean and easy entry space that made the setup process seamless. I highly recommend The Matterhorn Event Center to any couples looking for a top-notch wedding venue with great service and amenities.

Being a bride is a special ordeal and you have one day to enjoy it, planning a wedding is not the fun part, our day was so special because we did not have to worry about anything. It was all taken care of. Our venue / food was perfect and the staff took amazing care of our wedding party , and guests. Makes us want to get married every year ! Highly recommend using for any event in your future
