Rustic shabby chic Event Venue conveniently located in south-central Michigan bordered by lush woods, rustic barns, and farmland. Evergreen Ranch is a unique, family-owned, and operated wedding and event venue located on just under 10 acres in Burr Oak, Michigan. Evergreen Ranch is conveniently located near I-69, US-12, 80/90 Toll Road, and US-131 with local hotels and professional local shuttle services offered. We are in our 5th year of business, in which we continue to thrive by expanding new offerings and updates each year.

Barn

Hold your reception in the renovated commercial barn, which can accommodate up to 225 guests. This unique space features large white sliding doors, exposed beams and pillars, hardwood floors, and wrought-iron chandeliers set with antique lights. Wooden bar tables and barstools have been built into the space and seat 83 people. The venue also comes with two get-ready suites where you and your wedding party can get dressed, relax, and prepare for the big day.

    This place was GORGEOUS! It has beautiful outdoor ceremony sites, an amazing indoor reception spot that could have easily doubled as a ceremony site in the event of bad weather, his and hers silos, bathrooms, AND you can choose your own caterer (or do it yourself). They were so wonderfully accommodating and helpful…to the point where they were weed whacking the night of the rehearsal dinner to help us prepare the photo spots we needed. It was such a joy to have our wedding here!

Yes, of course! You can use the caterer of your choice!
We require 25% down to book. We accept cash, check and Venmo . Once you schedule a tour we place a soft hold on the specified date without a deposit. You would then get first right to book the venue if someone else is interested in that date.
If you would like to schedule a tour please let us know. We like all tours to be private for the couple during the hours of 8am-2pm Friday, Saturday's 12pm-3pm and Sunday's 9am-12pm. If you prefer weekday tours please let us know.
Liquor and beer can be served either by a licensed/Tip certified bartender or by pulling a special event permit through the State of Michigan
Yes, you need to pull liability insurance. Our venue is fully insured, but this will cover the couple.
Friday 4pm-8pm for rehearsal and set up. A lot of couples like to have their rehearsal dinner too and that is welcomed. Saturday 6am-11pm Sunday 6am-11am
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. However if we are able to rebook the date we will provide a refund.
The closet airports are Kalamazoo, Michigan (AZO) and South Bend, Indiana (SBN)
Located in Sturgis, Michigan and Howe, Indiana. Best Western, Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn and Super8.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the side entrance, railings in the restrooms and emergency lighting within the venue
Yes, we are legal commercial building and zoned to have weddings. This is very important, if a venue is not legal and zoned they can be shut down at any time by the town.
