Blue Belles Weddings was an absolute dream to work with! Hannah's communication style was fast, thoughtful, validating and comforting - she was extremely helpful every step of the way. The quality of her work and value was unparalleled, as she went above and beyond, dotting every i and crossing every t. We were never worried about passing anything off to Hannah. When we had to change our entire wedding venue just 10 days before the date, Hannah helped us deal with the fallout of the previous venue, found us a new one, and planned basically an entire new wedding in less than two weeks. She also is just the best person in general. She is so funny and genuinely became our friend through the entire process, helping to keep us calm and answer any question we had. I often felt like I had dumb questions or needed validation on something we were feeling crazy about, and Hannah was always there to make us feel better. Sarah is amazing to work with. We had a large backyard, outdoor wedding .. the day ended up being the rainiest day in June but Sarah executed the day perfectly. We were incredibly fortunate to have Jasmine as our day-of wedding coordinator. Our wedding included a traditional Indian ceremony followed by a classic American reception, and Jasmine handled every detail with professionalism and care. She is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Her experience as an Executive Assistant clearly shines through in her approach to wedding planning. She knows exactly what it takes to plan and execute a seamless event. We had only one month before our wedding and were working under very tight deadlines. From day one, Jasmine helped us get organized, created a clear plan for all the remaining tasks, and scheduled weekly check-ins to keep everything on track. She proactively communicated with our venue and vendor team whenever needed, ensuring nothing slipped through the cracks. Additionally, she went above and beyond to print us a seating map / chart at the eleventh hour when we did not have time or bandwidth but wanted to have a properly printed seating chart. During both the rehearsal and the wedding day, Jasmine gave 100% to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Even when we experienced some initial delays during the ceremony, she stayed calm, adapted quickly, and kept the day moving seamlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend Jasmine to any couple looking for a dedicated, reliable, and thoughtful wedding coordinator. The day of my wedding, she was a calm and prepared l presence. She kept everything moving and organized. She made sure I had an enjoyable and memorable day with my husband and guests, while seamlessly absorbing details and stress throughout the day. I genuinely do not even know where to begin when it comes to Noelle because there are not enough words to explain how incredible she is. From the VERY beginning of my wedding planning process over a year ago, she handled absolutely everything and more. Any thought, question, idea, concern, crash out, or micromanaging moment I had (and trust me… there were MANY), I could text or call her at literally any time, and she was always there. Not once did she ever make me feel annoying, dramatic, or “too much.” Instead, she made me feel heard, understood, supported, and excited every single step of the way. What makes Noelle so special is that she doesn’t just “plan weddings.” She genuinely takes your vision and transforms it into something bigger and more beautiful than you could have even imagined for yourself. The ideas I had in my head for my wedding somehow came to life TIMES TEN. Every tiny detail was perfected. She thought of things before I even had to ask. She guided me through every decision while still making me feel like the wedding truly reflected me and my husband. And the professionalism? Insane. The organization? Insane. The patience? Saint level. She worked with my budget and constantly gave me options to still achieve the luxury, elegant look I wanted without making me feel pressured to spend beyond my means. She found almost all of my vendors, and every single one of them was phenomenal. The amount of compliments I still receive from guests weeks and months later about how beautiful, organized, and seamless my wedding was honestly speaks for itself. But what REALLY blew me away was wedding day itself. When I tell you I did not have a single worry in the world, I mean it. Noelle and her team handled EVERYTHING. She was genuinely a rockstar from beginning to end. At one point she literally did my late night McDonald’s run herself while her assistants stayed behind making sure me, my bridal party, and my family had everything we needed. Who does that?! That level of care is so rare. She treated my wedding like it was just as important to her as it was to me. Not only did she become my wedding planner, but over this past year she truly became someone so special to me and my family. My family and friends could not stop complimenting her professionalism, kindness, work ethic, and calming presence. I literally had my mom’s friends texting me asking for her information because they were so blown away by her. Noelle made wedding planning FUN. She made it exciting instead of stressful. Honestly, she makes me want to plan another wedding tomorrow just to work with her again. I’m truly going to miss our hours-long meetings spent perfecting every little detail because it all paid off in the most unbelievable way. I can confidently say my wedding would NOT have been what it was without her. She gave me the wedding of my dreams and more, and I will forever be grateful that I trusted her to guide me through one of the biggest moments of my life. Alexa is a true professional with her work and I knew from the moment we spoke to her that she was the one we wanted to work with. We interviewed several planners that did not come close to Alexa’s level of expertise and ability to make you feel calm and in good hands. If I was able to re-do my wedding again, I may change a few vendors, but Alexa is someone we would lock down over and over again! Hands down the best decision we made! Alexa is reliable, professional, friendly, and most importantly organized! We immediately had a guide on where to start and where we should be with our process each month. Alexa was available to us for any questions or doubts we might have, and made the most stressful months leading up to our wedding stress free. She always asked questions we didn’t think to ask.
