Facilities and Capacity BLC is a conveniently located venue and sits just two and a half hours from New York City and Boston. In addition, it is centrally situated in the Berkshire Region. Couples can begin their day by exchanging vows alongside the lapping shores of Lake Ashmere followed by a reception under a tent. Then, as the sun sets and night settles in, festivities can resume around the warm flicker of a campfire.

Vanderbilt Lakeside offers thoughtfully curated stays and events in a welcoming gathering space, with custom in-house food and bar packages. Charming, versatile, and ideal for group getaways, retreats, and celebrations of all sizes—from intimate dinner parties, to large scale gatherings and bespoke weddings. ​ The space itself is a newly redesigned, large (6000 SF) house.
