The Historic Hangar is situated within Fort Vancouver National Historic Site (N.H.S.) and is adjacent to Pearson Air Museum. Fort Vancouver N.H.S. is one of the few urban National Parks, located in downtown Vancouver, Washington, and just seven miles from downtown Portland, Oregon. This Nationally Registered Historic Building was built in 1921 and was operated by the U.S. Army Signal Corps' Spruce Production Corporation.
