“Was referred to ESA from someone in my opinion whom was less than professional in her communication. So there was a little trepidation at first. However, from our first interaction with Christena at ESA to the end of the event Christena conducted herself in a professional and exceptional manner. From her initial communication, to vendor recommendations to all of the questionnaires to ensure the events moved smoothly were all investments that showed Christena cared. We used ESA for day of wedding coordination as well as a surprise birthday party the day before the wedding g. Yep, busy, busy, busy. Christena was there for a walk through at the venue which was 2 hours from her home base. She stayed in contact throughout the months leading up the the events and take the lead with vendor a onto or so before. She helped to keep us on track and was available via email with short turn around times. Although their was a LOT of planning prior to the wedding, Christena was more than helpful keeping us on track and ensuring the wedding day could be enjoyed without worrying about last minute pop up issues, and there were a few. Her team was able to resolve a bartender issue causing minimal interruption for guests. In the end Christena felt more like a guest as much as a vendor for each event. We are grateful for the service Christena provided and would highly recommend her and her company, ESA to anyone wanting a coordinator to help ease the stresses of such and important and joyous day!!”

“Andrina and her team at Confetti and Cocktails are the greatest wedding planners ever ever ever. We wanted an intimate wedding and I was worried that a planner would not be as invested as they would for a larger wedding - that could not have father from the truth. From the initial call, all the way through the wedding day and beyond, she has been our designer, therapist, and dream maker. Her professionalism, quick response times to my million questions, and advice on all things wedding related were so helpful during the planning process. She knows the best venues and has great relationships with vendors near and far. The design creation was so fun. She sent a personalized mood board of things we had discussed on the phone and I got to go through and choose the ideas that spoke to me. Then we got to meet at the showroom and put all the pieces together. The day of, Andrina came prepared with EVERYTHING you could possibly ever need. She managed all the vendors and helped everyone stick to the timeline. All I had to do the day of was enjoy getting married. Everything went so smoothly and the day was exactly what we had hoped and planned for. I literally cannot put into words just how wonderful of a person Andrina is and how talented she is. You can tell it is not just her job, but also her passion. If you are looking for a planner, I recommend her a million times over.”

They took on a super difficult task due to the nature of the venue -- an DIY outdoor center with no cell phone reception, and key sites separated by a 0.3 mile gravel path, plus literally 7 different locations for all the different events (rehearsal, his and hers getting ready, ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, and food storage cabin). “If you read any review, read this one. For context, I'm a producer, my entire career is planning big scale events, productions, and hiring people. We went through 3 coordinators before finding Tara and it was because I had such a high standard for who I wanted to help me on my wedding day. Tara was, hands down, the best thing that could have happened to us for our wedding. We had multiple setbacks and last minute changes and none of them threw Tara off her step. She was honest with us 100% of the time about what was possible and what wasn't possible. And whenever either of us had concerns, Tara's response was always exactly what we needed to hear. She assured us that everything would work out and she would take care of it and she absolutely did. We did all of the decorations for our wedding ourselves and relied on Tara to set it up and execute our vision. Not only were we both FLOORED walking down the aisle seeing what she had done, it was actually better than we could have ever imagined. Additionally, after the wedding I found out that there was an issue with our credit card that almost prevented the vendor from delivering the items on time - Tara took care of it without telling us (the best thing a wedding coordinator can do) and I really appreciated how it was handled without needing to ask us. I can't say this enough, Tara was the best thing that ever happened to us for our wedding. Truly I don't think we paid her enough. We are so incredibly grateful for what she's done for us and if we were to ever have a huge event in need of planning, I'd hire her in a heartbeat. Stop looking for a coordinator, just hire her. Weddings are second nature to her and she is careful to address all logistics beginning to end.
