“We recently had our wedding at Hudson Loft (OnTheMarc) and it was the best party we’ve ever attended! Every element of the planning process was thoughtful and Sam, the Senior Event Producer we worked with was incredibly detail-oriented, organized, and on top of it all! We felt cared for from the very beginning stages and that care continued through the wedding with every staff member who helped to make the day run so smoothly. We can’t say enough about the FOOD. It was hard to narrow down to 8 (!!) passed appetizers because they were all so delicious. The presentation is exceptional at OnThe Marc - every appetizer is truly bite-size and bursting with flavor. It’s like having the tiniest versions of all of your favorite foods from lobster rolls and tacos to sliders, chicken and waffles, spicy tuna on crispy rice and beyond. Everything felt both elevated and also grounded in quality ingredients and thoughtful execution. For the main course, we did 2 stations and were thrilled with the results. Throughout the night, family and friends commented on how amazing every bite was and how wonderfully varied the choices were. We highly recommend this special event space for couples seeking a gorgeous open layout in Westchester that can truly be a canvas for any design and flowers. The location, situated right opposite the MetroNorth train station in Irvington, was perfect for friends and family traveling from the city. The windows are a showstopper, looking out onto the Hudson and filling the room with a warm glow well into the evening. We loved that we didn’t have to rent any furniture. There is plenty of seating and many furniture options for display. The long tables were a great way to promote conversation during cocktail hour. We also loved the lighting! The exposed bulb fixtures give an appealing industrial vibe. We did our ceremony at Hudson Loft and the table set-up was seamless during the cocktail hour. Our Event Captain, Teresa, was thorough, diligent, and accessible the entire time. She made it all feel so easy and joyful! OnTheMarc will make you feel completely at ease with every detail. We are so grateful to have chosen this special place for our wedding!”

“Joe and I had our wedding/25 years together celebration at Hudson Prime with 70 of our closest friends and family. I was looking for a place overlooking the Hudson that was reasonably priced. Floria was fantastic guiding us through the process, choosing the menu; helping find a DJ, even matching the printed party menu to our invitations. Gino, Arif and the restaurant staff were so attentive and supportive while setting up and throughout the event. Everyone had a wonderful time! The dance floor area was just the right size and the DJ played a fantastic mix. The food... exceptional; the high praise that friends and family shared for all the dishes they ate went on for weeks. I say, try the bacon! My only bummer was that the sunset was hiding behind the rain clouds. We did go back a couple weeks later and had dinner enjoying the sunset views. Highly recommend! Definitely made the right choice. We will be back for dinners in the future. Maybe even on an anniversary or two.”

“Naked Soul (led by Tony and Tom Perrone) absolutely ROCKED at our wedding! Tons of friends and family told us during and afterwards that they were the best wedding band they'd seen, and we might be biased, but we agree wholeheartedly. They were also pretty great to work with, and as a result music was one of the least stressful parts of planning and one of the best memories of the event. The planning process was extremely professional — we had a few calls with Tony to talk over the vibe we were going for in the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dance floor. They sent over a list of a couple hundred songs in their repertoire and we picked 20 or so to anchor their idea of what we were looking for and selected our processionals, recessional, first dance, and parent-child dances. Our first dance was not on their list but they learned it and killed it in their performance. Our venue was a little non-traditional (relatively small room for the dance floorband) and we weren't sure that a full band was going to work in the space, but Tony put us at ease and pulled it off amazingly. One of the points Tony made in the run-up was that the songs we were picking were recommendations, not a set list. The band was going to follow the vibe and play more of whatever style was working with the crowd. This made it so much easier for us to pick songs, and in the end they played a lot of stuff that wasn't in our pics but went over better than we could have dreamed. I never thought I'd say that the best songs at my wedding were from the Backstreet Boys, Spice Girls, and Black Eyed Peas. They knew their audience and the place went wild when they played Everybody (Backstreet's Back). The range of songs that a 10-piece band with a full array of vocalists can pull off is wild. Anyway, 10/10, would book again. If you're in the New York area and looking for a party we can't recommend Perrone Bros/Naked Soul highly enough. Bonus, these pics were taken by Tony and posted to their Instagram after the event.”

“The Briarcliff Manor MADE my wedding! My guests came back saying it was the best wedding they'd been to and I highly doubt it would have been that way without their incredible staff, beautiful venue, and great food! I also notably had a few crises throughout the day (by no fault of theirs or any of my other vendors) and they handled these issues with care and grace and made it so that none of my guests recognized an issue. Particularly big shout out to Kelsey, who was extremely transparent and helped us with everything big or small throughout the planning process (also a huge help on the day of); Perry, the owner, who helped with many of the bigger things along the way as well and was lovely on the day of; and Jen, the bridal attendant, who I only met for the first time on the day of, but truly proved to be my savior when things went wrong! Also highly recommend hiring Vincenza to do decor as our chuppah was even better than I imagined it being. Overall, I am absolutely thrilled with Briarcliff and would highly recommend them as a venue. They made a day that could have been really difficult into a dream come true and I could not imagine getting married anywhere else!”

“The communication from the Whitby Castle team was lacking and inconcise, which made some parts of the planning process more difficult than it needed to be. However, the venue itself was an excellent space for the value, and the facility was in good condition, though not exceptional. One highlight was that the set up and clean up went very smoothly, which allowed us to fully enjoy our special day. Overall, Whitby Castle provided a solid space for our wedding, though the customer service could have been better.”

“Italiana Foods delivered a delicious buffet for our 75-person backyard wedding in June 2026. They were prompt, organized, and respectful of the family kitchen. We ordered arancini, focaccia, and burrata for apps, truffle pasta, pasta a la norma, penne a la vodka, chicken parm, meatballs, sausage & peppers, and salmon for entrees, and pastries and tiramisu for dessert. All received rave reviews! If anything, there was too much delicious food (the pasta trays are huge!) but that’s what freezers are for :)”

“Nelson and his team photographed our May wedding in Plattekill, NY and the experience was absolutely extraordinary! They were professional while also personable making the experience very relaxed and natural. Prior to the big day, Nelson was very communicative and helped design a schedule meeting my interests of different shots and perfected the timing. On the day of, Nelson and his team eased right in without a hitch bouncing from one location to the next and corralling us and family seamlessly while staying on time. There wasn't a single moment of concern or stress during photos! Now to gush about the product!! Nelson and his team caught the most PERFECT moments. My husband and I expressed early on that we preferred candid or organic shots and not so much the typical couple poses. And I must say, Nelson got it right! It brought us right back to the day when we were looking through the huge inventory of shots. Brought tears of joy and gratitude. Lets not forget the video!! My GOD!! “I had to put my small, intimate ceremony together fairly quickly and I wanted a custom bouquet to complete my bridal look. Initially I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find vendors who would be willing to work with my small scale wedding, but when I reached out to Raving Flamingo they were unbelievably accommodating. Teresa spoke with me about my vision, studied my Pinterest board and in a short amount of time came up with a completely original work of art featuring flowers that I requested and a gorgeous, unique silhouette that looked stunning along with my dress.
