“Naked Soul (led by Tony and Tom Perrone) absolutely ROCKED at our wedding! Tons of friends and family told us during and afterwards that they were the best wedding band they'd seen, and we might be biased, but we agree wholeheartedly. They were also pretty great to work with, and as a result music was one of the least stressful parts of planning and one of the best memories of the event. The planning process was extremely professional — we had a few calls with Tony to talk over the vibe we were going for in the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dance floor. They sent over a list of a couple hundred songs in their repertoire and we picked 20 or so to anchor their idea of what we were looking for and selected our processionals, recessional, first dance, and parent-child dances. Our first dance was not on their list but they learned it and killed it in their performance. Our venue was a little non-traditional (relatively small room for the dance floorband) and we weren't sure that a full band was going to work in the space, but Tony put us at ease and pulled it off amazingly. One of the points Tony made in the run-up was that the songs we were picking were recommendations, not a set list. The band was going to follow the vibe and play more of whatever style was working with the crowd. This made it so much easier for us to pick songs, and in the end they played a lot of stuff that wasn't in our pics but went over better than we could have dreamed. I never thought I'd say that the best songs at my wedding were from the Backstreet Boys, Spice Girls, and Black Eyed Peas. They knew their audience and the place went wild when they played Everybody (Backstreet's Back). The range of songs that a 10-piece band with a full array of vocalists can pull off is wild. Anyway, 10/10, would book again. If you're in the New York area and looking for a party we can't recommend Perrone Bros/Naked Soul highly enough. Bonus, these pics were taken by Tony and posted to their Instagram after the event.”

“We had our wedding at The Briarcliff Manor and overall had a wonderful experience. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and people are still talking about our wedding and how stunning everything was. The food, drinks, and service were fantastic, and we received countless compliments from our guests throughout the night. Unfortunately, we were so busy taking photos that we barely got to experience cocktail hour ourselves, but our guests were amazed by it and could not stop raving about the food. Throughout the planning process, communication was always helpful and responsive, which made planning much easier. The only surprise for us was learning on the wedding day that the person we had worked with throughout our planning journey would not be there. Since we had spent so much time working together and discussing the details of our wedding, we naturally expected them to be part of the day. A heads-up beforehand would have helped us feel more prepared for that transition. That said, the wedding-day staff were absolutely wonderful. Our bridal attendants were attentive, kind, and helped us feel calm and confident throughout the day. They were always one step ahead and somehow always appeared exactly when we needed something. In fact, they always had a drink ready for us—we don’t think we approached the bar once all night! Their care and attention allowed us to fully enjoy every moment of our wedding. What stood out most was how genuinely excited the staff seemed for us. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly, and it felt like they were celebrating right alongside our guests. If you’re considering The Briarcliff Manor, you can expect a gorgeous venue, excellent food and drinks, and a team that truly cares about creating a memorable experience. My enthusiasm for floristry began in Brooklyn as a way to express my love for nature and design, but mostly so I could bring color, life, and beauty into my apartment on, you guessed it, Dean Street! Now, Dean Street Daisies has blossomed into a full-service floral and event design studio on the Hudson River in Irvington, NY where I live and create in a converted chapel with my husband and two cats!

“Rich was an incredible wedding photographer and we cannot recommend him highly enough! We had the pleasure of working with Rich for our engagement shoot and then again during our wedding. Both he and his collaborator Greg were amazingly professional, kind, and talented. Rich helped us plan out the timetable for our wedding day and made sure that we got every shot that we had dreamed of (and many more!). Rich helped direct us when we weren’t sure how/whether to pose, and he made sure to get a wide variety of candid and portrait shots. He and Greg moved quickly and efficiently so that we could get beautiful pictures and also have time to enjoy our wedding. Many of our guests told us how friendly both photographers were, and also how they were amazed at how Rich and Greg were able to capture every special moment without drawing attention. After the wedding, we were so impressed at how quickly and beautifully he edited 4,000 photos. His team was phenomenal and after talking to a few bar service vendors, I knew I had a home-run with Keagan who provided an all-inclusive package (minus liquor). His packages included different size/shape cupware for the different drinks, all the syrups and adornments for cocktails - I felt like I hired a true professional and could leave the details in his hands. Keagan gave such great attention to detail for the specialty cocktails! The cucumber slices were beautiful and generous, and they even cut fresh jalapeños for my spicy mezcalita signature drink. They were made exactly how I had hoped and even tastier than expected. Do not hesitate to book Keagan - his team delivers and as a bride, the bar being one less thing to think about is priceless.”
