    Kids at the wedding, non-negotiable

    When my husband and I were planning our wedding last year, we chose a large, sprawling venue, and knowing we had a good deal of small children who would be in attendance, including our own two children, keeping them safe was keeping me up at night. I knew I wanted parents to have a great time (including us!) and worried about kids wandering off on their own when they inevitably got bored, etc. When I mentioned these concerns to my wedding venue director and my own wedding coordinator, they both had only one answer; The Wedding Nanny! They both gave her such high recommendation I contacted her immediately (though I was sure her rates would be astronomical). Not only was I completely wrong about being able to afford her, I’m also not someone who ever entrusts my children to babysitters I don’t know, but she put my mind at ease with her experience. She talked to me about how I can expect the children to not only be kept safe, but entertained and kept busy during down times, brought to the dance floor when we wanted them and brought back to their own entertainment after the time we requested, and kept clean and fed. Basically everything a parent could dream of at the wedding. Sandra came with another nanny as well due to the amount of children we needed care for, and delivered exactly what she told us she would. Not only was my biggest fear taken care of, the children kept safe, they had so much fun and her assistance and presence at our wedding was invaluable. If you love the kids in your family and want them to be a part of your wedding, go with the wedding nanny, you won’t be disappointed. Long gone are the days of no children invited to the wedding!     Top-notch !

We bring age-appropriate toys, books, and activities to keep little ones happy while maintaining a structured, fun environment.
We provide care for children of all ages, from infants to older kids. Our nannies are experienced in handling a variety of needs, including feeding, diaper changes, nap schedules, and engaging activities tailored to different age groups.
We can provide care in whichever setting works best for your event. Whether it’s at the reception, a designated kids' area at the venue, or even a hotel room for younger children needing quiet time, we tailor our services to fit your wedding day plan.
Yes! Our nannies will drive to your wedding venue, and we include 30 complimentary miles from our base location. If your venue is farther, a small mileage fee will apply. We’ll discuss any additional travel costs upfront so there are no surprises.
The number of nannies depends on the number and ages of children attending. As a general guideline, we recommend: 1 nanny for every infant (newborn to 12 months) 1 nanny for every baby ( 12 to 24 months) 1 nanny for every 2 toddlers (ages 2 - 4 years) 1 nanny for every 3 pre-school children (4 - 6 years) 1 nanny for every 4 children (6 + years) We can discuss your guest list and customize the best ratio for your event.
The rate for an additional nanny is $85 per hour. We will work with you to determine if you need an extra nanny and how many are required based on the number of children and their ages.
Yes. We carry both general and professional liability insurance, providing peace of mind for families and event professionals alike.
Yes! We keep our CPR certification up to date to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our care.
