“DJ Steven and Stumptown were excellent! DJ Steven, while being a Tier 2 DJ, was more like a Tier 10! We really wanted a fun and populated dancefloor at our wedding and DJ Steven delivered! He was great at reading the crowd and playing songs that got everyone on their feet. He also surprised us by bringing a bubble gun, lights, and a 360 cam. What was most spectacular was that DJ Steven also created a special mix for our first dance so that we could do a fun choreographed dance to it. It was evident from our first call with Victor that he prioritized hospitality and making sure his couples got exactly what they wanted. I appreciated the way he advised us during the planning process and his portal for song selection made for a fun date night. The day of is where he shines brightest. His DJ skills are great, but the way he MC's the entire wedding is incredible. Our guests specifically mentioned how good he was at curating the party! We also included the photobooth and that was a hit. It was awesome to have the book with printed copies of the strips because we looked at it the next day as we debriefed our perfect wedding. The attendant was attentive and helpful for our guests. I would give Victor and his team 10 stars if I could!”

“We don’t even know where to start with this review! From the start, Ben and his team took our and our family’s questions about how to approach our wedding. With half of our family being Latino, it took some time to find the right fit in the area. We wanted a good mix where the entire room could have fun and feel included. Ben absolutely nailed it day of. We’ve heard from multiple guests how they’ve never seen a wedding dance floor full for the whole wedding like at ours and how there was music for everyone. Aside from that, Summit invested time in us before the wedding through multiple planning calls and their awesome app where we can slowly build out our event with preferences. He listened to everything we asked for, customized our ceremony songs and reception perfectly and he has an amazing energy, he’s really funny and helped make our party so much fun. Our wedding video was awesome and we also got the photobooth. Splurge and get the printouts with the attendant and the book. It was worth every penny. The guests loved it and we have a book with their pictures and signatures to look back on. Overall everything was a great experience and Rod Bell is also reasonably priced. I am so glad we choose his services.”

“We had an amazing experience with The Hook Club for our wedding. Dan and his team were so easy to work with, and their 5-piece DJ band was the perfect, fun switch-up from a traditional band for our June wedding at Greenpoint Loft. We also had a ceremony guitarist and a saxophonist with tracks for the cocktail hour, which added great touches to the day. The uplights they brought for the room were priced very well and created a beautiful atmosphere. The music planning worksheet they provided was incredibly helpful, and they offered valuable advice on the timeline and flow of the reception, which was a huge help. They were fun to work with, and on the night of the wedding, they absolutely crushed it. The music was fantastic, they kept the vibes high, and their crowd engagement was excellent. We highly recommend The Hook Club for any event. They made our wedding unforgettable!”
