Katie was our coordinator for our wedding on 5/17/25. I can’t thank her enough for all the hard work she put in to make our day perfect. She pays attention to detail and really is passionate about what she does. Before the wedding, we scheduled a meeting with our DJ to go over song selection and Katie had already sent him all the songs we picked along with a timeline. His exact words “man yall have a great coordinator”. Something that’s super important to me is communication. Any questions that I had, she answered right away and checked on us every week before the wedding. The day of the wedding, Katie helped set up the rest of our decorations which I didn’t even expect her to do! She noticed our cake stand was wobbly and fixed it. She even stacked our cake and put cute decorations around it. We also did sparklers for the exit and she noticed the sparklers we got needed more than just a lighter. She brought a blow torch so they would light! I’m telling you- attention to detail is her strong suit! Thank you for being apart of our special day and all the hard work you did from set up to clean up! You are amazing!!

I hired Johnnie to plan a baby shower for my best friend. She was so instrumental when it came to bringing my vision to reality and helped elevate my vision further with her ideas and resources. She was able to source everything that we needed, with a mix of cost-effective party elements and high-end party elements where it counted. She also is an extremely talented floral designer, so it was nice to not have to outsource another vendor for that. The day of, she was at the venue early to make sure everything was set-up perfectly, then broke down/cleaned up everything when we were done with the luncheon. Overall, she took a huge load off my shoulders when it came to everything that needed to be sourced and set-up for this event - I was very much able to enjoy the party and be a proper host, and didn't have to spend my nights and weekends with coordination leading up to the event.

All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. Her team also went above and beyond the day-of to ensure every aspect of our special day was executed flawlessly. We cannot recommend Dana and her team highly enough to any couple looking for a wedding planning team that will truly make their day unforgettable. Could not imagine our day without her!

As an event planner and type A personality it was hard to turn something over to someone when you have a vision in your head of what it should look like Those fears and that anxiety were put to rest as soon as I met Courtney and her team. Her month, week and day of coordination went off without a hitch. There were hiccups as with all weddings but I never even knew about them. Her team knew what I needed before I ever even said anything. I cant recommend Combe & Co to enough people.

We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

We decided to do day of coordination (full support starting a month prior to the wedding) and I wish we had committed to full planning with her because it would have been worth it! She was patient, kind, very organized, an excellent listener and brought to together all of our ideas seamlessly. Solange made excellent recommendations along the way proving her depth of experience while helping ensure ours was fun, beautiful, and unique including vendor recs, ceremony flow suggestions, and timeline. She rounded up all the vendors to review contracts and day of timeline and communicated questions and details through to post wedding day. She developed shared documents that helped keep us organized and her in the loop throughout the planning process. She even did some printing for us with a local printer. She checked in with us throughout the wedding planning and on wedding day. I'm sure we threw her some curveballs but she KILLED IT! We have had so many compliments about our wedding and hands down the KEY is having someone like Solange make sure your big day feels easy and magical. Initially, I was struggling to make room in our budget for a planner. I wished I could allocate that money to something else like flowers or decor or music...Looking back, hiring S&B was the best we spent for our wedding. Hannah was kind enough to reach out just to say hi and see if I had any questions before the month-of services even began. She was definitely on our team. Leading up to the day, Hannah was always highly responsive to emails or calls which was a huge help because I often had to track vendors down with 3 follow up emails to get a response, so it was a bright spot to not do have to do that with S&B! On the day-of, Hannah and her team were INCREDIBLE to have. I didn't have to handle anything and I was able to be fully present with our loved ones, which was all I could have asked for. From setup to teardown, they were on top of everything and didn't miss a beat. When problems or needs arose with vendors or guests, she handled them graciously and professionally. We felt so supported and cared for by Stunning & Brilliant Events and couldn't recommend them more highly.
