    Callie Kay's - Above and Beyond Service!

    Callie stepped in to coordinate our wedding day two weeks before the date due to unexpected events leading up to it and we are so grateful for the blessing it turned into! Callie is sunshine in human form and from our first call, I instantly knew everything would be okay. She graciously and eagerly stepped into a difficult situation and made sure we were taken care of and that our special weekend still went exactly as we dreamed it would. Callie not only coordinated our day well, but she was also a sweet friend to us. She went above and beyond to make our day special and we can't say enough good things about her. I felt completely at peace throughout the weekend because I knew she had everything under control. I'm so grateful for Callie and that we got to experience her love for coordination, but most of all, her love for others! We highly recommend her to help your wedding day dreams come true!

    Callie is the BEST

    Callie was so amazing to work with! We originally were not going to hire a coordinator, but after the stress of trying to finalize everything ourselves, we did some research and decided to hire Callie! She was so easy to get along with, quick to communicate with, and helped our wedding day be everything we dreamed. She helped organize our timeline, keep us on track during the wedding day, helped us cut our cake, AND she helped with my crazy toddler! We had a wonderful experience working with Callie and couldn’t be more happy with our decision.

She stayed on top of every detail leading up to our wedding day, and then showed up big on both the day before and the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly. Callie truly went beyond what we expected—she handled things we didn't even think to ask about, and her attention to every little aspect of our celebration was incredible. She feels like family now, honestly, and having her in our corner made such a difference in how calm and happy we felt on our big day. My husband and I can't recommend her enough, and we're not the only ones—my brother loved working with her so much that he's using her for his wedding too. For Day-of Coordination, you can expect communication in the final weeks leading up to your wedding, along with a final details meeting. On the wedding day, I am on-site managing and coordinating for the duration of your coverage.
