We had a vision that required a lot of complicated logistics: involving a unique venue that doesn’t usually host weddings, managing unexpected weather, and a limited timeline - she was a crucial part of our team and helped bring it all together. In the planning phase, she answered all of our questions and provided suggestions and feedback when we were looking for guidance (especially with ceremony/reception sequence and transporting decorations). Not to mention she was willing to adapt to the way that we wanted to work together. Jenya was calm, cool and collected while planning and through the wedding weekend which helped put as at ease and give us confidence that we would be able to reliably execute our vision. “We are so grateful for Kimberley and her incredible team- they were a huge part of what made our wedding day so special. While she wasn't technically our wedding planner (we chose to not hire one)- she absolutely filled that role and so much more, helping us create a personalized and unforgettable wedding night. From our very first call, Kimberley was warm, excited and genuinely interested in hearing our vision. Her experience in the event space was clear from the start. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! The whole process was such a breeze and she really made sure any stress I felt was put to rest - I felt such ease during the whole planning process and on my wedding day because I knew she would have everything handled! Not having to worry made my engagement and wedding day so much more enjoyable. Kimberly not only planned our wedding, but she did the florals, decor, and some of the catering as well. She went above and beyond with designing and decorating to bring my dream to life. And let me tell you…her fresh fruit with lime sauce is hands down one of my favorite things!!! My husband and I come from big families and had a program full of different cultural dances and special moments that she coordinated seamlessly. She also made sure we ate, had time to sit down and just enjoy being together on such a busy day! As you can tell, she is talented in so many aspects and really provides full service for any wedding.
