With over 20 years of event planning experience, Evgenia (Jenya) dedicated the last 8 years to planning and coordinating weddings full time. Jenya gives personal attention to each client with regular meetings and check ins, allowing her to create a fully custom wedding experience. After planning and coordinating over 100 weddings with a wide variety of backgrounds, investing in continued education and professional association memberships, Jenya is the perfect fit for creating a wedding of your dreams.

    Highly reccomend Jenya

    We highly recommend jenya! We had a vision that required a lot of complicated logistics: involving a unique venue that doesn’t usually host weddings, managing unexpected weather, and a limited timeline - she was a crucial part of our team and helped bring it all together. In the planning phase, she answered all of our questions and provided suggestions and feedback when we were looking for guidance (especially with ceremony/reception sequence and transporting decorations). Not to mention she was willing to adapt to the way that we wanted to work together. Jenya was calm, cool and collected while planning and through the wedding weekend which helped put as at ease and give us confidence that we would be able to reliably execute our vision. Her and her team were wonderful day of - they made it worry free and we didn’t have to think twice about everything staying on track. They were a hidden presence but their impact was evident - they helped set up the decorations and kept everything on schedule If she’s available you definitely should book her!
