Krysta and her team were an absolute dream to work with! I ended up getting the package where they took over vendor communications 3 months before the wedding and that alone saved us so much stress. Her bubbly personality and on point organization skills helped to make everything leading up to the wedding less stressful. She asked us all the right questions as well as the ones we didn’t know we had to worry about, and had a plan for incorporating the Mexican traditions we wanted to have into the schedule(ie. Dollar dance, La Vibora de la Mar/snake dance song, mariachi). At the beginning of our 3 month meetup, we already had a wedding timeline, the VIP(wedding court) list down, as well as plans for our decor. This was so handy when following up with vendors about timeline and overall plans. There was only a little miscommunication around rehearsal dinner expectations, but we were able to figure out a plan to rehearse with our bridal party the day of the wedding. Come wedding day, I was blown away by the work her and her team did to set up our reception area - from hanging the papel picado, to the pinata in the center, to setting all the dinner and dessert tables - I was in tears seeing it all come together. Her and her team also ran the wedding so smoothly and handled any little hiccups with grace. I cannot emphasize enough how hard her and her team worked to make sure my husband and I enjoyed ourselves the entire time. I cannot stress how important it is to hire the right coordinator to ensure your wedding runs smoothly! Please hire Krysta and her team - you definitely won’t regret it!

My now-wife and I came into our wedding planning season in the most overwhelming way possible, we had both just stepped into demanding new roles at work and were completely stretched thin. Hiring Jeanette as our day-of coordinator was, without question, the best decision we made throughout the planning process. Our wedding was no small feat: a 22-person wedding party and over 220 guests, many of whom aren't always the most organized. Jeanette handled every single moving piece with grace and precision. We got married in July 2025 in New Braunfels, and despite the unexpected flooding that affected our venue's lodging options, Brandi jumped in without hesitation to assist us in finding alternative accommodations for our wedding party. Her support was invaluable, especially since many of us were traveling from out of town. A week before the wedding, I realized I wouldn't have time to DIY my floral arrangements as planned. I shared my inspiration pictures with Brandi, and she created all 10 table centerpieces and the ceremony arch arrangements beautifully! When the venue's arch I wanted was no longer available, Brandi sent me photos of her options, and we chose her stunning 8-ft tall cross, which turned out even better than I could have imagined. The night before the wedding, I discovered that some borrowed tablecloths from my work had stains on them. Once again, Brandi came to the rescue with her inventory, providing all the tablecloths I needed. One of the reasons I chose Brandi was her offer of a variety of decorations for free to all her clients, saving me the hassle of buying and reselling items like signage and the easel for our guest sign-in board. She even included her gorgeous floor-length welcome mirror and a beautiful cowhide rug for our sign-in table! Due to the heat, we decided to hold both the ceremony and reception indoors, which required a quick room flip after the ceremony. I wanted to minimize the cocktail hour, and Brandi & her team managed to transition everything in less than 30 minutes, allowing our guests to enjoy the reception without a long wait. Brandi and her team handled everything with such grace and professionalism. I truly don’t know how I could have pulled this off without them. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator who goes above and beyond, look no further than Brandi!

Every single person we talked to from Lindsay Mackey, their amazing manger and our first contact to the hotel-block assistant was a joy to work with, communicative and helpful. The workbook, spreadsheets, and connections with other coordinators and vendors made the whole wedding planning process more enjoyable and streamlined. We chose the Day of Coordination and are very grateful to have had Hanh as our wedding coordinator! Hanh is worth her weight in gold! With Day of Coordination we received not only ten hours of custom coordination from the wonderfully efficient and empathic Hanh, we also had the help of her assistant. This was perfect because someone was by my and my husband’s throughout the day. I loved that with SEG we had a whole team of magnifically organized, thorough and compassionate individuals to support us in executing our dream wedding. Once we had submitted our information Lindsay contacted us to go over all of the things included in wedding planning. She created a rough draft of our day of timeline and gave us access to our Wedding Workbook. They have templates for everything you will need for organizing your wedding and making sure you do not miss out on important, but often overlooked details. Two months before our wedding date we were connected with Hanh. From our first meeting throughout the whole time before the wedding and for the duration of our wedding itself Hanh was both our wedding angel and ninja rolled all into one. I had done a lot of the initial setting up vendors, but as soon as she could she took over as my contact person. This meant the vendors had to email/reach out to Hanh and left me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. From this point on I started to enjoy wedding planning.I love that she reached out to not only myself, but included my now husband and daughter in on a meeting. If there were any hiccups leading up to the wedding I did not know until they were already handled. On our wedding day, everything went smoothly for my husband and I and our family.Again if there were any mishaps my husband and I were oblivious of them and we had the best wedding ever! We are so thankful we found Events in a Crunch as our day of planner for our wedding - Adaobi and her team made the process much easier. We had planned to manage the day-of ourself using friends & family, and we are so glad we didn't! We did the middle package "Crunch Planning" which starts 4 months out. Adaobi helped us manage the budget and find vendors that worked within our budget that still fulfilled our vision of the day. The day of help was tremendous - they worked with the vendors to confirm details, ensuring furniture and games arrived & were set-up as directed. They also made sure the various tables were set-up just as we had laid out. Even the little details like sneakily fluffing my wife's dress just before we walked down the aisle - very appreciated. We had a wonderful day and highly recommend Events in a Crunch!

I got to work with Natasha and Taiya for my November 2025 wedding. This team is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them to any couple who is preparing to host a wedding. TL; DR: However you want to celebrate your wedding, and whether you want to be super involved in planning or not, J4U is going to prioritize making your vision come to life. I actually came to J4U after a bad experience with another wedding planner we'd booked. In our introductory conversation, I found Natasha's cool confidence and willingness to listen to be refreshing. I also appreciated her excitement for my and my husband's wedding, something that was important to us as we wanted to work with someone who'd treat our special day with care. The J4U team has extensive experience running weddings effectively, which is certainly what you want. But you can also rest assured that these planners are committed to ensuring you and your partner aren't shoved into a mold of what your day is "supposed" to be. J4U has so many vendor contacts and organizational tools for its couples. They recommended a wonderful florist (Papparazi Glam), a DJ (Leonardo Event Group), a mariachi band (Mariachi Allende), and a bakery for us (Sweet Boom Bakery). Natasha also worked so well with the vendors that my husband and I found ourselves. Our photographers (The MacMeekens) repeatedly remarked how amazing Natasha is and that they loved working with them. So, however you approach building your vendor team, know that J4U will keep them organized. Finally, I want to gush about the timeline they created for us. So many people said our day would fly by, but J4U put a schedule together that felt so relaxed it could have been a normal Friday. My husband and I got to spend so much time together that day. It was a wonderful gift to be able to enjoy our special day. Throughout the entire planning process, my husband and I never felt rushed or pushed to make a specific decision. I can't thank J4U enough for the grace with which they handled the entire process.

All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. Her team also went above and beyond the day-of to ensure every aspect of our special day was executed flawlessly. We cannot recommend Dana and her team highly enough to any couple looking for a wedding planning team that will truly make their day unforgettable. Could not imagine our day without her!

I was amazed by Megan Biehl and UnBiehlievable Weddings. Above and beyond wedding planner, so professional and kind. Megan carefully listened to my husband and me. She created a dream wedding/10-year vow renewal for us. Her communication was excellent. Each suggestion she made worked into making our experience full of joy and beauty. When I was nervous she kept me calm and reassured me. Megan is not only a person with great communication skills, but she's an artist in herself what she created from just a few words to this day, gosmacks me. From the vendors she recommended I am so grateful to the location. She is filtered to the absolute best experience for a bride and groom possible in our area. I know this because my daughter got married and my experience for a Vow renewal even surpassed my daughters. Honestly getting a wedding planner is totally worth it and you will never regret using it takes the pressure off. UnBiehlievable Weddings it is a class above. I'm serious about that. My heart was full from just seeing the flowers the venue the experience was sublime. The flowers were gorgeous so fresh and beautiful. The food really delicious. The photographer and her team were great to work with she suggested to us. I’m so glad Megan gave me that tip, but I know she can do any location and that girl has talent.
