“Having a day-of coordinator was a must of mine because I get overwhelmed easily. Jazmyn was amazing from the beginning. She has great communication, asks all the right questions ( questions we never even thought of) and offers great suggestions. I probably would’ve given up on the wedding if it wasn’t for her lol. We had our caterer drop out 2 weeks before the wedding and she had a new caterer booked with the same menu and same price range in less than an hour, and the food was great. On wedding day, she was organized and made sure everyone knew where to be at what time, and had everything set up perfectly after the room flip. I don’t think I can talk her up enough.”

“If there is one piece of advice I can give to engaged couples, it’s to hire Rach and the Whatever is Lovely team. I have been trying to write this review for months now and have struggled because words can’t describe how amazing Rach is and how grateful we are to have had her plan our wedding. To start, Rach is the nicest, kindest, and most caring person you’ll ever meet. She is truly one of my favorite people. From the moment we met her she had our best interests at heart. Rach didn’t try to sell us on hiring her or on spending more money on a different package - she wanted to make sure we found the right planning fit. Rach made the planning process SO much easier. Rach sent us monthly to do’s which kept us on track. She helped us build the most wonderful team of vendors; we had the most amazing team and that is all thanks to Rach. She got to know our taste for each vendor category and sent us a few options to consider - this made the process of narrowing down vendors in a big city so much easier and less overwhelming. Rach was always so speedy to respond to our many questions and put up with all our many anxieties. I was quite the anxious bride and Rach was always there to calm my anxieties and always knew exactly what to say. She literally picked me up when I was down - literally, she helped me up when I tripped on my dress! Our wedding day was the best day of our lives. It was more than perfect. I honestly can’t take much credit for how perfect it was, because it was all because of Rach. I can’t give Rach and her team enough thanks or enough praise for making our wedding so beautiful and fun. I didn’t have to worry about anything on our wedding day. Rach and her team took care of everything. They told us where to be and when. I barely had to lift a finger because someone was there to do anything for me. We received so many compliments from our wedding party, friends, and family about how wonderful Rach was and how seamless our wedding day was. I cannot say enough good things about Rach. “For our wedding, we utilized very few additional services as my career requires me to plan and host events/dinners for 900 guests. So I went into the wedding preparation pretty confident with my capabilities to pull it off on my own. I soon discovered that I needed some additional oversight. Paige and Wild Arrow Events to the rescue! Paige was on it. She assisted with our website, program, calendar of events and gift tags for content, verbiage and layout. It is so easy to overlook misspellings, alignment, punctuation, etc. when you look at your creations for too long. She caught things that were very blatant and would have been embarrassing if they went out to my guests. She made wonderful suggestions that I never would have thought of ask guest to be seated by a certain time, menu details, parking details, etc. While I have experience in events, not so much on weddings. Paige knows the ins and outs. We had our wedding at the Elms hotel in Excelsior Springs a historic and beautiful hotel, but there are some different things to consider at this type of venue. Plus, we also did a brunch wedding, while wonderful, is not as common. So the communication and flow really needed to be clearPaige was a step ahead of at all times. Paige also assisted with coordinating our decor and those little touches of welcome bags, cake boxes and guest gifts. I am so pleased with her services and her attention to the tiniest of details as that what made the difference to us and our guests. She will tackle the largest aspects of your wedding but also the smallest. It was a comfort to have her professionalism leading up to the wedding and the day of. “We worked with Marissa Sartory for our Napa Valley wedding in July 2024. She truly went above and beyond with the planning and coordinating of our wedding! “I loved All Set Events! We used their day of coordinator and DJ service. It was very important to me that the DJ be bilingual and Eden my DOC found someone good for me. She was great with communication and responded to all my questions in a timely manner leading up to the wedding. “Aquina is amazing! It rained on my wedding day which was very disappointing. She helped guide everyone through the logistic changes that needed to happen due to that. She eased my worries throughout the whole process. She packed things up for us, ran our rehearsal, and helped us through some other unfortunate situations with some vendors.
