I truly think that level of flexibility and support is rare. On the wedding day, she struck the perfect balance of being flexible while still keeping us right on schedule. Any issue that came up was handled calmly and professionally — we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. All vendors were well-informed, coordinated, and prepared. She even created and printed a detailed binder with everything from schedules and song lists to seating charts — the level of preparation was incredible. We are beyond grateful for her. She is not only an amazing planner but an even better person. Her calm presence, organization, and genuine care made all the difference. I truly cannot sing her praises enough. “If you’re looking for a wedding planner who is equal parts calm, brilliant, kind, organized, and downright magical — look no further than Ashley. From the moment we started planning, Ashley saved us both time and money in ways we didn’t even know were possible. She sourced incredible vendors within our budget, presented thoughtful options that actually aligned with our vision, and somehow managed to keep track of every tiny detail along the way. Her resourcefulness alone paid for itself ten times over. Ashley also had the unique ability to navigate and balance our very different planning styles — my Type A tendencies and my husband’s more last-minute approach — with so much grace, humor, and patience. We often joked that we wished we could keep her in our lives forever to make all our daily decisions, because she made everything feel lighter and easier. There were a couple moments when certain vendors didn’t follow through according to their contracts, and Ashley stepped in immediately, handled everything professionally, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. “All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. “We booked Sheeco Weddings—specifically Nicole—as our day-of coordinator, and we truly couldn’t recommend Nicole or the Sheeco team more. The way they structure their coordination services was an absolute dream. Starting about a month before the wedding, we began meeting with Nicole, and she took the time to truly get to know everything: our vendors, décor, family dynamics, and all the little details that make a wedding run smoothly. She created our full timeline and took over communication with all of our vendors, which was such a huge relief. The level of detail she thought through was incredible—things we never would have considered on our own. Having someone so organized and supportive leading up to the big day relieved so much stress. We had a very DIY wedding, with a lot of moving parts. All vendors were booked individually, and we brought in all of our décor ourselves—candles, hurricane glasses, table linens, napkins, cutlery, cups, name cards, signage for the bar, seating chart, welcome sign, and even our cake table (since we picked up the cake ourselves). Nicole and her assistant executed that vision perfectly—truly above and beyond our expectations. Everything was set up beautifully and exactly how we had imagined it. Because of Nicole and the Sheeco team, my husband and I, our families, and our wedding party were able to completely relax and be fully present on our wedding day. “My wife, Lindsey, and I were blown away by Tabria and her assistant Rebecca! Tabria was our day-of coordinator, and made everything go so smoothly the entire time. It was the most beautiful, perfect day! No wedding is completely perfect, and we absolutely had our little mistakes here and there, to no fault of our own–just misplacing items and not being able to find certain ceremony items. Tabria was there for us 110% and still made sure everything went right! Somehow our glassware for the traditional “breaking of the glass” went missing, and she was able to find replacement glassware for us to use! I was having a small issue with the venue the morning of–our sound equipment had not been provided yet, and I thought that it was arriving a little later than expected, even though I was told it would be there at the time of set up. When it was getting closer and closer to the ceremony, and there was still no sound equipment, I asked for Tabria’s help. I was getting really stressed out and it was eating into my getting ready time. She was so, so helpful, and even gave me advice on how to approach talking to the venue manager about it once she arrived on site. I so appreciate her help–without it, I fear I would have completely lost my cool. I was also trying to help folks decorate and let them know where things go, but with the stress of this situation, I was really overwhelmed. She told me not to worry about things, took the reins, and everything was absolutely gorgeous when we walked out. One of my groomsmen had a terrible rip in his pants right before the ceremony started. We have no idea how it happened, but it was really bad. Thankfully, his suit jacket covered it for the ceremony, but he was obviously horrified and wanted to be able to take his jacket off. We later learned that Tabria sent her assistant, Rebecca, out on a mission to get him a new pair of pants! Our wedding venue was tucked away in Wine Country, in Newberg, and she had to drive at least 20-30 mins into town to find something for him, in his size, in the correct color. She came back with a new pair of pants and my groomsman was amazed and relieved! All in all, the schedule of events worked out exactly as we had planned it, and she was so lovely to work with. We could not have asked for a better coordinator! We cannot recommend Tabria enough! You can truly trust her!”

Faithful Foundations Weddings

“Wedding Vendor Reviews We just finished our wedding weekend and we cannot say enough good things about Ashley. From the moment we met, she was so kind and warm and took time to really get to know us as a couple and get a sense of our vision for the wedding. She made us feel so cared for. She was incredibly organized and detail-oriented; she made sure to address so many things we wouldn't have thought of on our own and truly left no stone unturned. Something we really appreciated was how reliable she was. If she said she would take care of something, we were able to free the mental space for that thing because there was no doubt in our minds she would get it done (and she never let us down, even down to packaging the specific cookie flavors we wanted to have set aside for our wedding night.) She got us appetizers and made sure we had a few moments to ourselves to eat before the night got away from us and grabbed us beverages at least twice throughout the night. We had a really tight turnaround time (ie 1 hour) between when our venue allowed us to start setting up and when the ceremony was set to start, so we were pretty anxious about it all getting done and looking good...it looked *incredible* and I know it wouldn't have gotten done if Ashley wasn't wildly organized and good at communicating to helpers. I know this review is getting long but there are just so many positive things to say. The bottom line is that she made our lives so much less stressful the last two weeks and especially the day of. She was worth every penny we paid (and honestly more!) as she went above and beyond time and time again. Lastly, something that was really meaningful for us was having a shared faith with Ashley. It was clear how her faith influences the way she runs her business. (She's so respectful, would be great to work with regardless of the bride and groom's religious identities.) TLDR: we're so so so happy we had Ashley as our coordinator; we would choose to work with her over and over again and would highly recommend to anyone. She not only executed our dream wedding day but she also brought a really wonderful energy to the whole weekend. Book Ashley ASAP!!”

“Philly, the owner of Prologue Events, is exactly the wedding planner/coordinator/florist/friend you need in your life. She does it all, which is very convenient so you don't have to communicate with a bunch of different vendors. For us, she worked on our Chinese/Tea Ceremony day and Western Ceremony day. She has lots of experience working with cultural weddings and is familiar with many traditional customs. Early on, she created a mood board for floral arrangements and tablescape, which made it easy to trust and align with her. From beginning to end, she made the 1 year we spent wedding planning sane and somewhat enjoyable. She broke down tasks for us, allowing us to focus on one task at a time, and gave us lots of vendor suggestions to choose from. Philly REALLY shined on our wedding weekend, which was 3 days. She constantly checked in on us, made sure we had breaks, set up every detail of the venue, patiently worked with our large hectic families, and packed up all of our belongings for us at the end of the night. She even took a bunch of behind-the-scene footages since we didn't carry our phones. We trusted Philly in executing and she delivered! She allowed us to enjoy our wedding and took on a lot of the logistical stress. “We are so grateful for Kimberley and her incredible team- they were a huge part of what made our wedding day so special. While she wasn't technically our wedding planner (we chose to not hire one)- she absolutely filled that role and so much more, helping us create a personalized and unforgettable wedding night. From our very first call, Kimberley was warm, excited and genuinely interested in hearing our vision. Her experience in the event space was clear from the start. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! My husband and I, as well as our family and friends would absolutely recommend this team for any event. They created a wedding night that was intimate, elegant and deeply personal - a celebration we'll never forget!”
