“The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

Matt at Supersounds made sure that that dream came true. It is clear why Supersounds was on all of our vendors’ recommended lists; they are all incredibly professional, organized, responsive, and kind. After talking with Matt we knew he would be the perfect DJ for our wedding. It was clear he was both easy going but passionate about what he does. Throughout the planning process he was able to give us advice on ceremony logistics, music, and cut together our first dance song. He helped explain what his role usually was on the wedding day and made sure that it agreed with our vision. He did an excellent job mixing the ceremony and adjusting the volumes on the microphone on the fly so that all of the audience was able to hear throughout. We had a lot of music that we knew we wanted played at the reception and cocktail hour and Matt hit all of our must plays while mixing in some extra songs that the crowd loved. The dance floor was alive the entire party and he even surprised us by sneaking in an extra final song by our favorite artist. All of our friends have told us what a great time they had at our wedding and it was in no small part thanks to Matt and Supersounds! From our first phone call to the last song at 1am, he was on top of everything — quick to respond, organized, and genuinely invested in getting our day right. We got married at a camp in the Catskills with the ceremony out in the woods, which meant some tricky logistics: separate sound for the ceremony in the trees, load-in with the venue staff, a timeline that kept shifting on him. Ore handled all of it and we never had to think about any of it. The music was unreal, and he kept the dance floor packed the entire night. Our guests basically refused to leave it, and we honestly lost count of how many people came up to us throughout the night to say how good the music and the DJ were. The thing I'll always remember, though, is how he made space for my Tío to play. My Tío sang and played guitar, and Ore made sure he had everything he needed to do it right. “Nathan helped make our wedding day so special! Throughout the planning process, he took the time to really go through the details of our day and get to know us. He got excited about our ideas and gave great suggestions on how to bring them to life. On the wedding day, Nathan helped make sure everything ran smoothly, coordinating with other vendors and our friends and family to make sure everyone had what they needed from before the ceremony through the end of the night. He knew we wanted to do our first dance and toasts outside during cocktail hour, right before sunset, so he made sure to check in with us to get the timing just right, and it was magical! During dinner, we had curated a playlist of first dance songs from our guests, and he helped create so many special moments by encouraging folks to get up and dance when they heard their song, and stayed flexible when we were ready to get dancing started. The reception was an absolute blast and my dream dance floor. The end of the night was perfection with several "last songs" and getting to soak it all in in a circle of our favorite people. Nathan is an expert and the whole night flowed so perfectly with so many core memories created. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!”

From the very beginning, Joey O was professional, responsive, and genuinely excited to be part of our big day. He truly made us feel at ease and we had complete faith that he would deliver- and he did. We also greatly appreciate how he worked with our schedules to arrange our pre wedding meetings together. Dash of Class made it very easy to tailor the reception music to exactly what we wanted. The online system they use allowed us to input of our must haves in terms of songs and special requests. They also offer upgrades to your package- such as photo booth which saved us time and energy. It was a one stop shop for us. The music selection was perfect—The transitions were smooth, the sound quality was fantastic, and they kept the party going all night long.
