Chris Funkhouser (who seriously brought the funk!) was amazing to work with! During our consultations he was able to answer all our questions and concerns. He was able to put his swing on things from his experience to help provide the right vibes we were looking for. We pretty much already knew all the songs that we wanted to play so the program they used was perfect! It was detailed in the timing of the night, how long or short to play songs and any other special requests we wanted to have. On the night of the wedding, Chris was a blast -energetic, observant, and focused on keeping the dance floor alive all night long. He even joined us out there, helping to keep the party going strong! He was able to use his best judgement in placing some of the lighting and monogram details we chose which turned out great! He then creates amazing mixes with the songs and knows how to keep the party going. I was really happy he was able to find our first dance song, which is from the 1940s and not easy to stream from just anywhere (thank you!!!). People loved the food, florals, venue, etc. - but we received by far the most compliments about DJ Pat. I (bride) never left the dance floor once... The mixing and transitions to pack as many songs in as possible was fantastic. We like a pretty broad range of genres, and he absolutely nailed it. There was also an amazing balance of music for different generations present - way better executed than we could have dreamed of. We also appreciated the pep talk for our wedding party beforehand, it really set the tone for the whole night! It was really nice getting to know DJ Pat leading up to the wedding as well. He was always available to chat via video call or text if needed. And his shared spreadsheet helped us immensely during the chaos that is wedding planning (especially planning from abroad). “Our coordinator at Wyndridge Farms recommended we book Baltimore Event Solutions and specifically request "Korey with a K." After just a few minutes of viewing the photos and videos of gigs he had posted on his Facebook page we knew he was our guy. He reaffirmed this decision during our intro call when the first thing he said to us was, "Just know on your wedding day, I've got you." We instantly knew we were in great hands. Korey exceeded all expectations, from his in-depth phone calls leading up to the wedding to his oozing charisma and passion during the reception. He did a fantastic job of engaging with our guests, friends, and family while also allowing everyone to have their moment to shine. His remixes and overlays of songs drove our crowd nuts, and he perfectly captured our 80s, 90s, and early 2000s interests all night long. There was one particular transition between two songs that was the best we've ever heard, and the crowd LOVED it. We’re over a month out from the big day and people are still telling us that it was the most fun wedding they’ve ever been to. Korey was also accommodating with requests and announcements during the reception ensuring dinner ran smoothly before dancing began. “Mark was hands down THE best part of our wedding! He was so helpful during the whole planning process. Any questions we had he gave us the best advice. He doubles down as a “Day of Coordinator” as well, making sure the timeline is down to a tee. The lights he set up in our reception was like nothing I’ve seen at any other wedding. He even had us throw down on the turntable and it was such a fun and unique moment that everyone loved!! It really was electric during party time! Mark is also so friendly and personable. “Do not walk, RUN to book with 3 West Productions and DJ Jeff!! You’ve found your entertainment for your big day and there’s no need to look any further. Cross this one off your list! Where do we even begin to say how grateful and how much fun we had ar our wedding? We had such an amazing experience with 3 West from start to finish and could not recommend them enough. We kicked off a video call with co-owner, Matt, who spent time getting to know us personally, broke down their services, how everything works and answered all of our questions. We truly felt like we were in good hands. Our biggest priority for our wedding was the DJ. We love dancing and listening to music and we wanted someone who would keep everyone on the dance floor. DJ Jeff was referred to us by a family friend who raved about him! And he did not disappoint! About a month out from the wedding we hopped on a video call with Jeff to go over our vision of the day, songs we would like to be played and he also took the time to know us as a couple. DJ Jeff exceeded all expectations! He played one hit after another and made it extremely hard to leave the dance floor. Get yourself a DJ that gives your bridal hairstylist anxiety with how your hair turned out by the end of the reception. All of our guests were shouting for an encore by the end of the night. We have still been getting calls and messages about how much fun our guests had and how awesome DJ Jeff was.
