We’re Hunter and Lindsey Wickert— a husband-and-wife photography team based in Vancouver, Washington, serving couples across the Pacific Northwest. Our goal is simple: create photographs that feel like your memories. From the shoreline near Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach to snowy trails at the base of Mount St. Helens, forest aisles, and golden fall family sessions, we chase real moments, movement, and connection. We want you to look back and feel it all again— the nerves, the joy, the laughter, and the quiet in-between. Artful, natural, and deeply personal— your story, exactly as it unfolded.

Awarded Best of Zola
Lindsey and Hunter were great! We got married in September 2025 and the photos were perfect. We really liked how the talked us through the process and asked what style of photos we liked. They helped us capture all the traditional photos and then added some extra fun ideas, which turned out great! Some of our favorite shots were spontaneous ideas when touring the venue. We also did an engagement shoot. The weather wasn't great and the cherry blossoms decided to drop all the flowers the day before. Lindsey and Hunter had backup ideas just in case and it worked so well!

I am a Portland native through and through! My love for photography rivals only my love of traveling. My interest in photography began at a young age, thanks to my Uncle and 8th grade math teacher. After over 18 years of experience, I have mastered the art of putting my clients at ease and creating an environment for them to be present and most importantly be themselves. I have a deep passion for not only the images I create but for the people I work with. I truly consider it an honor to be a part of someone’s wedding day and the images we create together become reflective memories for the couple, not just snapshots in time.

Awarded Best of Zola
We made the best choice picking Cambrae to be our photographer for our wedding! Months later, we still get so many complements on our photos on how great a job she did and how fun and charismatic she was around the venue on our wedding day. She put everyone at ease and captured amazing shots of our day. Her professionalism, organizational skills, and eye for detail is amazing. Put together with her infectious spirit and an obvious love of what she does, you can’t go wrong.

I am a photographer and artist from the Pacific Northwest with Costa Rican and Scottish roots. My favorite things are dinosaurs, exploring new cities, board games, soccer, National Parks, and whiskey. I have been fortunate to photograph 200+ weddings in my PNW home, to ruins in Scotland, cityscapes in Vietnam, to the beaches of Maui, and beyond! I live in Portland, Oregon with my two dogs and three cats | 🏳️‍🌈🦖⛰️✈️📸⚽🫶🏼🌈🌲🦕🏝 Fun Fact: I was born on Leap Year Day so I'm 9 years old 🥳!

I found Leah on Facebook when she replied to a post I had made about searching for wedding photographer. She stuck out to me and I’m so glad we had her for our wedding. She was so friendly and made me feel so beautiful in the photos we took. We got our photos back super quick and they are stunning. She was very efficient, on time and made everyone feel very relaxed and comfortable when the nerves were high. We had some big group photos and she made sure to get everyone in and controlled the chaos perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer.

Dionne Kraus Photography
Rating: 5.0 (16 reviews)
  • Fine art style
  • Starts at $3,700
  • Serves Fairview, OR

I am a firm believer that friendship comes from learning the weird and quirky about a person, and still wanting to hang out with them after. And, since you will literally spend more time with your photographer than most anyone else on your wedding day, I want to be friends. We NEED to be friends. Like, I’ll-probably-end-up-holding-your-dress-up-while-you-pee type friends. That’s practically BFF status. I’m not only in the business of capturing your epically rad and emotional moments, I am also in the business of making lasting friendships, both of which I’m really awesome at.

Dionne was able to capture the genuine and brief moments that made our wedding special. Not just of my husband and I but of all our guest and loved ones. The wedding cake is gone and the decorations have been taken down. But I can still relive that night anytime I want with the beautiful pictures captured by Dionne. I highly recommend her for any event!

Hi, I'm Georgy Shishkin — a wedding and elopement photographer with over 19 years of experience capturing love stories in breathtaking landscapes. Based in Oregon, I photograph weddings across the Pacific Northwest, California, and British Columbia. My background in photojournalism taught me how to anticipate real emotion, while my years in wedding photography taught me how to guide and support couples in front of the camera. I love helping people who’ve never modeled before feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely connected. Every story is personal to me — I’m not just your photographer, I’m your teammate throughout the day.

Awarded Best of Zola
We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience working with Georgy as our wedding photographer. From start to finish, he was absolutely incredible—present for every special moment without ever feeling intrusive. Georgy didn’t just photograph my husband and me; he managed to capture our guests in the most candid, natural ways. None of the shots felt staged, yet every image tells a beautiful, genuine story. His photos reflect the joy, laughter, and love that filled our day—truly magical. On top of his talent behind the camera, Georgy was an absolute pleasure to work with. His communication was clear and consistent, and his warm personality made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. We couldn’t recommend him enough, and we genuinely hope he’ll be there to capture many more special seasons in our lives. Thank you, Georgy, for preserving our memories so beautifully!

Hi! My name is Bailey and I am the owner of Baileaves Photography. I am a travel and destination wedding photographer based in Portland, Oregon. I travel all over the world to create timeless cinematic images of couples.

Awarded Best of Zola
Do yourself a favor, and hire Bailey as your wedding photographer! From the beginning, she spent an hour talking with us to get to know our stories, who we were and what we wanted. It was clear from that first meeting that she was calm, cool and collected, but she also gave off such an authentic and kind presence. Working with Bailey was so easy, she listened to what we wanted but also provided absolutely incredible ideas. The way she can capture light is out of this world, and many of our guests said the photos seem straight out of a fairy tale. As a bride who doesn’t get dressed up and dislikes being photographed I was particularly nervous about our wedding day. Everyone wants to feel beautiful and look back on their photos in awe. Bailey did just that for us- when I look at our photos I am still in awe. When you work with her, you aren’t just going to get incredible photos (and while I know that truly is what we all want) but you will also get a calm presence who gave us simple direction so that we never had to feel awkward or like we didn’t know what we were doing. I especially loved that when she takes shots, she shoots from further away with a bigger lens to give you space to enjoy your special day without a camera so up close and in your space. If you want peace of mind in who you hire, I could not recommend Bailey enough!

Kyle Carnes Photography
Rating: 5.0 (13 reviews)
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $3,100
  • Serves Fairview, OR

Hi, I’m Kyle. I’m Northwest born, Portland based, and like to think that I have pines trees sprouting from my skin and sun-soaked glacial runoff coursing through my veins. Aside from photographing weddings, I enjoy strenuous hikes with a view as much as indie flicks, comic books, carving powdery slopes, rock climbing, and Trail Blazers games. I like to share these details because I strongly believe that connecting with the couples I collaborate with is integral to the creative process of photographing a wedding. A strong connection will result in the best images possible.

Awarded Best of Zola
This review might be a bit long, so I want to say right up front that Kyle knocked it out of the park and I can’t recommend him enough. The photos are phenomenal. His composition during the ceremony was fantastic, he captured fleeting, emotional moments from our first dance, and he even drove us around the park in the rain between the ceremony and reception to get some truly beautiful shots with the fall foliage. My wife and I chose Kyle Carnes Photography after a very lengthy review of a large number of wedding photographers in the Pacific Northwest. Our wedding was in Portland at the end of October, with the ceremony in a church and the reception at the World Forestry Center in Washington Park. We knew the weather would be unpredictable and likely rainy, but we still wanted great photographs from both venues (and ideally some outdoor photos in the park if it wasn’t pouring.) With those criteria in mind, before meeting with any photographers, we pored over the online portfolios of around 20 different photographers, looking for people who consistently captured great images in a wide variety of lighting conditions. We also looked for variety in the types of weddings themselves—the settings, décor, attire, and overall style. Finally, we knew we wanted true-to-color photos, not sepia-toned or filtered images. That process narrowed our search down to four photographers that we then engaged with more deeply. Right from our first meeting with Kyle, we both felt comfortable. He was easy to work with, showed us additional photos that aligned perfectly with the venues and lighting concerns we discussed, and was open and clear about pricing. He also talked through timeline considerations we hadn’t even thought about, and communication was easy from that point all the way through the wedding. We knew we wanted “getting ready” photos of both the bride and groom, as well as strong candid coverage, so we asked about having a second photographer. Kyle was able to accommodate this and had his assistant, Roberto, join him. On the wedding day itself, Kyle somehow managed to capture everything without us really noticing he was there. For the posed family photos and the shots of just the two of us, he was incredibly easy to work with. We’re not camera-shy, but we’re also not used to being posed, and Kyle’s calm, soft-spoken demeanor made everything feel natural. From the church, to the park, to the reception and dancing, he captured every part of the day beautifully. After the wedding, he delivered the full gallery in less than a week. To be fair, this was faster than he promised, and I don’t want to set unrealistic expectations for future clients, but the turnaround was so impressively fast that it’s worth mentioning. I said this at the beginning, but it’s worth ending the same way: the photos are phenomenal. Everyone who has looked through them has been completely floored. Being able to relive each part of the day so vividly is the best result we could have hoped for from a wedding photographer.

Hereafter Films was one of the first vendors we booked early on in the wedding planning process, and we are sooooooo glad we did! Ryan and Sharayah were amazing to work with, along with their entire team. They photographed both our engagement session and our wedding day, and honestly, both sets of photos came out better than we could have imagined! Photography was one of the most important parts of our wedding. We really wanted our day to be captured in a way that felt authentic, emotional, and true to who we are, and Hereafter ABSOLUTELY nailed it! We looked at a lot of photographers, but the second we saw their portfolio, we were sold. Their style immediately stood out, and the fact that they shoot 35mm film was huge for us. The Super 8 option was such a fun bonus and made us even more excited about working with them. Their work feels timeless, intentional, and full of real emotion. On the wedding day itself, it felt incredible knowing we didn’t have to worry about a single thing when it came to photography and video. We trusted their creative process 1000%, and they truly made the entire day feel effortless. They handled our family and friends with so much patience, care, and ease, and so many people kept telling us how wonderful they were. Looking through our photos now instantly brings us right back to how the day felt, which is something we’ll always be grateful for. Beyond their obvious talent and artistry, Ryan and Sharayah are just genuinely awesome, laid-back, fun people to be around, and their calm, cool energy made such a difference. We feel incredibly lucky to have had them capture one of the most important days of our lives. 1000000% recommend booking Hereafter Films!

Just a little backstory on how I got into this business. When I was a child, I loved taking pictures of everything. And I mean everything! (I get that from my mom.) Now my dad didn't share this same joy as me because back then it was all film and every snapshot I took...he knew he had to pay to develop. We love to look back on that time of my life now and see where it got me. Its a funny story to reflect on, but so rewarding to see a joy turn into a passion and that passion turn into a career!

Skylar was an incredible vendor to work with! She was kind, funny and on top of it no matter what the situation was. When it comes to photography this women has the natural ability to turn something beautiful into something magnificent! She shot my couple at Skamania Lodge and given with chilly November weather, Skylar kept up a great attitude and made sure my clients and their guests were happy. The photos me and my team received where impeccable! Don't believe me? Go check out her Instagram and let it speak for itself! Not only does Skylar have the utmost skill but her husband Jimmy is also just as talented with videography. If you need a photo/video duo this is definitely your couple! I will continue to speak highly of them and recommend them to all my future clients!

Howdy! I am Daphne, your new best friend. I capture weddings across Oregon, Oahu, along the West Coast, and dream of destination weddings. I’ve had a camera in my hand as long as I’ve known how to speak. Capturing love stories is an absolute dream job that I am so thankful for. I've met some of the most amazing couples. I create radiant, true-to-life imagery that feels elevated, clean, and warm. There’s nothing I love more than a sunny day and an iced cardamom latte. When I am not shooting, I am visiting as many countries as I can. I keep Christ at the center of my business, honoring Him with the talents I have been gifted with.

Daphne is so versatile, we've hired her to do so many of our family shoots (pregnancy, births, birthdays, promos, headshots, etc). Love knows no bounds. Every person is deserving of love and deserving of having it captured perfectly. I believe in equality. I believe in living simply and loving deeply. I believe that dogs are the best travel buddies and that plants make the world better and prettier. I believe that perfectly planned photos are awesome, but so is the candid photo of your 90 year old grandmother drinking whiskey with your friends. Your photos are about you, not me. I won't tell you what to do or how to live your best day. What I will tell you is where the best light is, what to expect during your wedding and always get your "good side."

From the very beginning, Bethany and her team were super attentive, helpful, and friendly - always quick to respond to our questions and provide guidance throughout the planning process. It was in Yosemite National Park, they expertly directed us into beautiful poses and made the most of the stunning location, capturing perfection in every shot. The final photos were absolutely awesome and worth every penny - we are thrilled with how they documented our special day. Bethany Bloem Photography is simply the best and we highly recommend them to any couple looking for an amazing wedding photography experience.

Oh my gosh, where to start. First off, Destiny has the sweetest soul. She is so amazing with what she does, and how she interacts with her clients. We usually feel and get pretty awkward, but Destiny somehow turned us and our love story into art! She did so much work for us, in finding the perfect location, and helping me with my outfit decisions - the whole process from the beginning was so smooth. I am so in love with all of our photos, she helped make me feel so beautiful and really did capture every emotion. I 110% am soooo happy we chose her for our engagement photos. I was a little nervous about receiving the photos, as I usually feel that I don’t look good in photos , but she made us look amazing!! and we had such a fun time together during the photo shoot. Hi, I am Rachel. I am originally from Chicago, although I have been in Portland since 2006 , so some my consider me a Portlander at this point. I'm a full time wedding photographer. My style is clean and candid. I vary between moody and true color depending on the light. I have been operating my business since 2009. I have photographed 200+ amazing weddings. I have a Bachelors in Photojournalism, which I received from one of my favorite places in the world, Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. I packed up my car and moved to Oregon in 2006, from my hometown of Chicago. I met my husband in Oregon and we now have three beautiful children.

Rachel was so great to work with! She was kind, easy to talk to, and professional. Having never had professional photos done, she came with great ideas and was receptive to what we wanted. She made sure to get pictures of lots of different groups of people as well as fun candidates as well. Thanks Rachel!

Creative, modern photographers based out of Philadelphia. Drew and Angela are fun, relaxed and experienced. You can trust us to capture all the fun and emotional moments as well as epic portraits with ease.

The Willinghams Photography were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding day. From the very first interaction, their communication was super organized and detailed, putting us at ease every step of the way. On the day, they went above and beyond to exceed all of our expectations - they were our photographer, stylist, hair dresser, therapist, and so much more, ensuring our special day ran seamlessly. Even when the rain tried to put a damper on things, they embraced the rain and made it work! Cannot wait to see those pics! They were just fantastic, constantly checking in with me to keep me calm and collected. They were just awesome all around, and we're so grateful for their incredible service. I hope to work with them again in the future for sure!

We are Eric and Amber, a husband and wife wedding photography team with a different story than most. Both of us actually had our own established wedding photography businesses, with years of experience behind us, before we ever met. We found each other at a wedding professionals networking meeting, fell in love, on Valentines Day, no less, and got married 2 years later. Along the way, we merged our 2 businesses into Sightglass Photography.

We could not have asked for a better photography team than Amber and Eric! We met them at a friend's wedding, and so loved their vibes and the pictures they captured from our friend's special day. So, when we decided to have our own re-do wedding, we reached out to them immediately. They have been so easy to work with, so much fun, and so professional. They also really took our wishes into consideration, which I really appreciated. For example, we were clear from the outset that we cared the most about getting a million pictures from the dancing at our wedding, and we didn't much care about getting ready pictures. They delivered so hard, and were in the middle of the action all night long, and my husband and I going to treasure these pictures until we die. We also got our photos less than 6 weeks later, which was wonderful. Having now seen their photos from two separate and very different weddings, I am pretty positive that Amber and Eric can do anything, and will do a fantastic job of capturing what makes a particular wedding special. We would hire them again in a heartbeat if we ever decide to do yet another re-do wedding.

We are beyond grateful to have had Angelina as our engagement and wedding photographer! From the moment we stumbled across her portfolio, we KNEW she was the one we wanted to capture our special event. Angelina not only has an incredible talent for photography, but she also has a gift for making everyone feel like professional models and rockstars. Throughout the entire process, from the engagement shoot to the wedding weekend, Angelina became a part of our story, and it wouldn't have been as special without her. Angelina's photos are not just pictures; they are pieces of art that we can't wait to display all over our home! Her style is dreamy and unique and she has an amazing ability to capture moments in a way that is TRULY magical. We cannot thank Angelina enough for being a part of our wedding journey, and now our lives! She has the BIGGEST heart and contagious positive, yet calming energy. My parents were so impressed, they already gifted us a future photo shoot with her and we are just so grateful for this whole experience. Thank you, Angelina, for everything!

Hello, I’m Lauren. In all my work, I strive to show the magic and interconnectedness we all share in this precious life. Everything fades but what we continue to have are the images, the memories. These are our small, everyday moments and the big celebrations. Every one becomes transcendent. Let me bear witness to your life. I will be a witness for you.

From the moment we connected with Stars of Brightest Blue, Lauren was quick, positive, and fun. She has a dreamy and timeless style that perfectly captured the joy of our special day. Despite us not having a detailed shot list prepared, Lauren already had some beautiful ideas in mind, including getting creative shots of our wedding attire. She also arrived early to scout the venue and found a gorgeous location for our first look photos. Lauren was constantly on the move throughout the event, ensuring she didn't miss a single meaningful moment. We emphasized the importance of family photos, and she skillfully wrangled our group to get those shots without a hitch. She was able to get us a few preview photos the next day and we can't wait to get the rest!
