I’m Elle, I am a Wedding & Portrait Photography in the PNW! I love being a Wedding Photographer. All weddings are so unique and meaningful that it leaves me endlessly inspired! I named my business Hygge {hue-guh} after a Danish design & lifestyle philosophy meaning to embody a sense of warmth, intimacy, charm & contentment. I use this philosophy in all aspects of my work. Even though a photojournalistic approach my objective is to capture those sweet hygge hygge-filled moments. I use a classic, minimalistic, and timeless approach to editing and post-processing which gives extra life to these moments.

I offer custom Wedding Packages priced per hour which include consultations, rights to images, and all types of specialty sessions! I aim to keep my costs affordable because while I believe photography is a priceless investment I also believe it should be accessible.     Elle's photos are as fab as her demeanor, and we always love working with her! I run a nonprofit that has many events, all people-focused, and she does a lovely job of the fine balance between warmth and artistry that you really want to shine in your photos.     Elle is a videographer’s photographer. Because of my documentary style, much of what I film is candids. What we prioritize most is ensuring that people can genuinely relax and be present on their wedding day. Working with Elle, it’s clear she’s also invested in a client’s experience and puts their day first. Elle has the amazing ability to create a calm atmosphere on even the busiest wedding day. Her warm and positive presence puts everyone at ease, from a nervous groom to the emotional family members. What truly sets Elle apart is her ability to form personal connections with everyone. She took the time to understand the guests and family, capturing candid moments that truly reflected their personalities. It was clear that she was genuinely invested in capturing the emotions of the day, not just staged photos. Most of all, you could tell how much Elle truly enjoyed being there. She had this infectious enthusiasm and a constant smile, and it was clear she wasn't just capturing photos but truly cherishing the opportunity to be a part of such a special day. I’ve always said that you know a great vendor when their work looks like play, and Elle has that about her.     My family is a little awkward but Elle did a great job putting everyone at ease and guiding us into natural poses. I'm so happy with the photos, she's got a great eye. There are lots of great shots and the prints are art quality.

    I've worked with Elle on multiple events now and I can't speak highly enough about their talent as a photographer.
