Niamh is an absolute joy to work with. She made every part of the planning process so much easier. Planning a wedding from 2,000 miles away isn't easy but any question I had she had a quick answer for or made sure she asked someone if she didn't have an answer for me. I’m not sure I can express in words how grateful I am for Cassandra, but I’ll try. We hired Cassandra to plan our July 2025 wedding at Valhalla in South Lake Tahoe. Aesthetically: I am someone who considers myself somewhat of a creative, but not incredibly organized, and certainly not a planner. For my wedding I had a vision for what some things would look like, and I wanted to design a few things myself (stationery/paper goods/signage), and I had a general aesthetic vision for the wedding but I couldn’t begin to imagine how to plan a whole event. Cassandra met me exactly where I was, rolling with my ideas and filling them out with all the rest of the details perfectly. She has beautiful taste (photos of her past weddings is what initially drew me to her) and all of her ideas were excellent; I had a lot of fun in our planning meetings where she would show me several options for various tablescape components and we could talk through them and choose together. Visually, our wedding was a dream. Organizationally: We did a “partial planning” package, which meant that I was more in charge of hiring vendors in the year leading up to the wedding, and then she took over coordination 6 weeks out. This is the time where things start to get stressful (lots of emails coming in, friends and family all have questions, etc), so it was amazing to have Cass on my team, fielding all the incoming emails and knowing the answer to every single vendor question, and jumping in to help coordinate things for our welcome party (which I had originally said I didn’t need help with). Once the big day arrived, Cassandra was AMAZING. She was so on top of everything. We had a bit of a weather scare (looked like thunderstorms might roll in in the afternoon; our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner were all planned to be outside). It seemed like I should be stressed about this, but Cassandra assured me she had a plan A, B, C, and D, and all her staff prepared to do whatever needed to be done at any moment, so I felt shockingly unworried about the whole thing. (It did rain during our first look (the hour leading up to guest arrival), and was raining when guests arrived; she had had her staff bring a bunch of stuff inside, directed the bar staff to serve welcome drinks inside, and thankfully the rain cleared out quickly and they dried off the furniture moved everything back out to the lawn got everything back on track very quickly.) A bunch of our guests had interactions with Cassandra and couldn’t wait to tell me “your planner seems so great, I really like her!” I was nervous going into wedding planning because I had had many friends have frustrating experiences with wedding planners, but my experience could not have been better. It was a true collaboration, a fun time, and we are forever grateful to Cassandra for making it happen.

Our wedding coordinators were absolutely AMAZING! From the very beginning, Taylor and her husband went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. They worked so seamlessly together — calm, organized, and always one step ahead. The entire day ran smoothly thanks to them, and we were able to fully relax and enjoy every moment knowing everything was in great hands. Corinne and her team helped our day run so smoothly! Even though we only hired her for day-of services, she was just an email or text away throughout the planning process for those moments when I wasn't quite sure how to answer a vendor's question. On the day of, she kept everyone in line and on time! She is fearless in wrangling stray guests and groomsmen alike. I didn't even know if there were any bumps in the road, she handled everything like a champ.

Casey’s Curated Events made planning our destination wedding an absolute breeze. Casey was there every step of the way with incredible energy, organization, communication and above all dedication. From the beginning, Casey took the time to truly understand my vision and explained the planning process in a clear, easy to understand way which was especially helpful while planning a destination wedding on a short five month timeline. I felt supported and informed throughout the entire process. I gave Casey full creative freedom with our invitations, and she completely delivered! Her creativity and attention to detail set the tone for our wedding from the start. She was also incredibly responsive, making herself available via email, text, and phone, and handled communication between the travel agency, resort coordinator, and vendors seamlessly. As the wedding approached and decisions felt overwhelming, Casey always reassured me and helped narrow down options, making everything feel manageable. From creating a comprehensive packing list (down to things like bobby pins!) to personally making sure we didn’t have to worry about the little details, Casey thought of everything. When we arrived at the resort, she took the time to walk the property with us — showing us the ceremony and reception spaces, photo locations, rehearsal and helping us visualize the full experience. She also joined us in meeting the on-site coordinator and ensured everyone was aligned. Her ability to advocate for us, ask the right questions, and clarify details made such a difference, especially since most communication with the resort had taken place via email. On our wedding day, Casey was truly amazing. She coordinated everything behind the scenes, kept everyone on schedule, and solved problems before we even knew they existed. Her calm presence, care, and positive energy allowed me to fully enjoy every moment of our wedding. Thank you, Casey, for going above and beyond. We were so happy with the service provided by Krysta at Happens Like Magic, our wedding coordinator. From the very beginning, I said my part in the planning was done & I was handing it off to her. I wanted to just enjoy and take in all of the moments of my wedding & not be bothered by the details or hiccups. Her communication style was attentive, prompt, and she was easy to communicate with. I only had to explain things once & she took it from there. She was always quick to respond to our questions and keep us updated on the planning process. On the day of the wedding, Krysta’s detail-oriented approach was evident. Any issues that arose were handled completely by the Krysta before I even found out. She was always there, so I never had to go searching for her. Her commitment to ensuring our special day went off without a hitch was greatly appreciated, and we are so glad we didn’t try to do this without her. We highly recommend Happens Like Magic to any couple planning their wedding.

Where do I even begin. Eve absolutely saved the day and made my last 6 months of planning a breeze. I currently live in Nevada and was getting married in Camarillo, California. Eve went above and beyond to make sure everything was going to plan, that all my visions came to life perfectly, and I didn’t have to stress at all. Eva is truly an organized, kind, calming professional, who doesn’t give up and has such a good eye for detail. I couldn’t have done my wedding without her.
