“The Save the Date team went above and beyond to make our wedding the most amazing day. We communicated with Johnna leading up to the day and then Kat was with us for the rehearsal and day of. I can't say enough amazing things about them. When my flower girl got hurt at the rehearsal, Kat was there to keep us calm. The day of - we dropped off our 3 cars full of stuff and she took the few inspiration photos we had sent her and turned both venues into something beyond what we ever could have imagined. We got behind schedule with hair and makeup but Kat kept calm and continually reassured us that everything would be perfect . And is was. She did all the work and we truly got to enjoy our day. “if you’re anything like i was and you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, take this as your sign. i was very adamant that a wedding planner did not fit into our budget. i had been stalking cylee’s social medias and was so jealous that i couldn’t have her. since im stubborn, i began to attempt to plan the wedding by myself. i remember thinking to myself “how hard could this be?” my question was quickly answered when i had 37 vendors emailing me the next morning. we ended up hiring cylee, thinking she would “just be a wedding planner.” we were quickly proved wrong. cylee has turned into a friend. she has seen me at my best, my worst, and everything inbetween that. the amount of mental breakdowns she talked me through while we attempted to fix my flowers, make my seating chart, guest drama, etc. cylee sat with me for 8 hours…yes you read that right!!! she sat with me for EIGHT HOURS building my arch florals, welcome sign florals, and fixing my bouquets. cylee hand made everything from my save the dates, invites, seating chart, bar signs, everything!!! she even helped my maid of honor with my wedding shower. i have told everyone in my life, and now i’ll tell all of you who are stalking her page and reading her reviews, cylee is the best decision i made throughout the process of getting married (besides my husband, of course). she knew what i wanted before i did, she knew what vendors to say no to, what vendors to show me, and even had special insights and relationships with each vendor. fitting her into our budget actually ended up saving us money due to her expertise in being able to make every dream i had come true. she is a true gift to the wedding industry and to this world. our wedding night was more perfect than we ever imagined, and none of it would have been possible without cylee.”

Veronica was involved with the wedding planning months beforehand (unlike most wedding coordinators I spoke to!) and she was so detailed and organized that she truly put my type-A personality at ease!!! I knew I was in the best of hands after our first conversation and on the wedding day I was completely relaxed because I knew I could trust her to handle any hiccups. She also did my floral arrangements and was present at all the meetings with the venue and caterer to make sure that everyone was aligned on my vision. When she showed me the reception hall before my guests arrived it took my breath away-- it was even better than I envisioned!!! Her eye for detail is incredible and my reception decorations were breathtaking. I also have to acknowledge Veronica's assistant Sharae because she too was the best ever-- I definitely walked away from my wedding weekend with a new best friend. Sharae kept me calm and laughing on my wedding day and made the entire pre-ceremony experience SO MUCH FUN!!! Honestly, my wedding day would have felt much different if Sharae wasn't there. I actually got emotional saying goodbye because she was such an important part of my day too. I never thought I would grow so close to a wedding vendor, but I now consider Veronica, Sharae, and the entire Exquisitely Designed Events team like family. They truly made my wedding the best day ever!!!”

“We hired Leigh & Co for day-of coordination and were paired with Heather as our main coordinator and Rachel as our assistant coordinator on the day -- both were fantastic and a joy to be around! Heather was very communicative and easy to get in touch with leading up the wedding, which put us at ease. She offered great input in developing the timeline and thinking about the overall flow of the wedding. She brought up several things that we never would have thought of that made things run so smoothly (e.g., suggesting when the officiant should ask to turn cell phones off at the ceremony, how to spread out the toasts during the reception). In setting up the ceremony/reception, Heather and Rachel made our decor look spectacular and kept track of everything special to us (including a few family heirloom pieces), and safely and quickly packed everything up for us at the end of the night. Due to some unexpected heavy traffic in the area, we ended up delaying the start of our ceremony but we didn't worry even for one second that anything would get upended because Heather and Rachel had it covered.”
