Twelve Ponds is a 105 acre private estate wedding venue in the Catskills, where ponds, wildflower meadows, a restored farmhouse, a barn, and a stone arch look out over open hills. We host one wedding at a time, and every booking is a full-weekend buyout. The property is yours Friday through Sunday, so the rehearsal dinner, the ceremony, the reception, and a slow Sunday morning by the water all happen in one place. No shared grounds, no six-hour window that rushes you through your own wedding. Couples marry in the meadow, at the pond, or at the arch depending on the season and the light. Fall brings color across the hills, and summer evenings run long and gold. Bring the caterer you love. We have a full commercial kitchen and supply all the tables, chairs, plates, glassware and cutlery for any occasion. Twelve Ponds is for couples who want a wedding weekend, not a wedding day. Nothing else is included in the rental fee and all vendors must be brought in. One day rental price is $10,000, full weekend rental is $15,000.

Stonewall at the Meredith is a wedding venue with a formal dining room and cocktail lounge for a mix of casual elegance for up to 100 guests indoors. With lush, naturally-landscaped grounds, your ceremony will have a beautiful backdrop for an outdoor ceremony anywhere on our 6 acres for up to 300 guests. It is more than just a gorgeous space to have your ceremony and reception, it is a unique place for families and friends to enjoy the entire day.We strive to provide all of our guests with a one-of-a-kind experience!

Black Walnut Farm is a 34-acre historic estate in Saugerties, NY, where the Catskills meet the Hudson Valley and where weddings become full weekends of revelry. Settle in, welcome your favorite people, throw one hell of a party, and actually enjoy it all! Celebrate in our temperature-controlled 1891 barn with a four-foot disco ball, gather around the bonfire, and stay onsite in our 1747 farmhouse. 2027 Wedding Weekend Venue Fees are $13,500 off-season (Nov-April + July) and $16,500 prime season (May-June and Aug-Oct). A two-night farmhouse stay ($1,200/night) and 15% service fee apply; your welcome event has no additional site fee. Most couples plan for an overall wedding budget (including all outside vendors and services) of approximately $55,000–$100,000+. Our hospitality team is here throughout the weekend, taking care of the details so you can spend your time with your guests.
