“Spruce Mountain was the best venue we could have possibly chosen. My fiancé was sold from the pictures online and when we toured, I spent the whole time just breathless. We were on the upper ranch with the ceremony on Trey's Vista (stunning), cocktail hour in the Spruce Room, and reception in the Ponderosa Room. Communication with them was easy, Tara was our representative and she happily answered all of our questions and communicated seamlessly without overloading our inbox. She even provided me with a preferred vendors list of vendors they have worked with before which created a great starting place for finding vendors. I was a bit skeptical of their requirement of a Day of Coordinator, but I am so thankful that they required it. We didn't have to lift a finger on the wedding day, I wasn't being asked a million questions, it was fantastic. On the wedding day, our property manager came to introduce herself and told us where to find her if we needed her, there was music playing on the TV in the bridal suite, everything was so clean and perfectly set up to start the day. All of our guests could not stop raving about the venue - the views at the ceremony site, having separate spaces for each part of the day, the mix of indoor and outdoor space for the cocktail hour and reception, and so many said "this sets my bar so high for weddings". If I could do my wedding all over again, I would book Spruce with no hesitation!!”

When we toured Mountain Crust a year ago, we fell in love with the down-to-earth, backyard style wedding that we had always dreamed of. From day one, the Mountain Crust team went out of their way to ensure we had the most amazing day ever. Leading up to the event, the team was constantly in contact with us to ensure we had every detail planned and prepared. As with any event, last minute changes are inevitable but the Mountain Crust team was always there to help us with the planning and execution. Fast forward to the day of, and I wish I could say how many times I thought "this is the most perfect day ever." The Love Shack getting ready suite was a perfect place for the Bride to get dressed, and be removed from the stress of the day. When I say stress, I should emphasize that the Mountain Crust team removed every bit of concern or stress we had - and it was just the stress of standing up infant of a bunch of friends and family and having the most epic party. After our ceremony on the lawn, the Mountain Crust team went to work - pouring hundreds of drinks, serving hundreds of pizzas and ensuring our guests were always taken care of to the highest standard. The Mountain Crust team truly made the difference between a "good" night or a "good" venue and one that us, nor or guests, will ever forget for the rest of our lives. If you are considering a backyard wedding, a reception - or even just a fun event, we cannot recommend the Mountain Crust team higher. “We hired Justin and Lesley for their DJ services, photobooth and wedding coordination for my 8/15 wedding at Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park. If I could give them 100/5 stars I would. Justin CRUSHED it as the DJ. He’s not one of the DJs that simply clicks next. He’s actively mixing and reading the room to understand how he can keep the energy going. I had multiple guests tell me that they were so so so impressed with his DJing skills. He kept us on our toes and the dance floor packed ALL night. We got the photobooth package with the glam filter and it was packed all night long! Our guests loved it and the line always kept moving quickly. They even provided a book where they put a copy of every photo so that we could flip through them post-wedding. We had some HILARIOUS photos because of the unique and fun props they have so it was nice to have an immediate keepsake. They also sent us a folder with the digital files of all the photos taken at the photobooth. Lastly, Lesley was my saving grace. My original planner canceled just one week before our wedding day. Since we already had Justin booked as our DJ, I immediately texted them and asked if we could use their coordination services as well. They jumped in without hesitation and saved the day. Their attention to detail ensured that the day ran super smoothly. The room was set up beautifully and i was able to feel like a guest at my own wedding versus feeling like I had to project manage the day. They even packed up my car at the need of the night! I appreciated how I felt like Lesley would just take initiative. She’d see that something needs to get done and would do it flawlessly without hesitation versus needing any handholding or direction from me. “Once upon a time there was the most perfect wedding venue called The Oaks - from the staff to the service, the grand foyer, the suites, the food, the drinks, the party....just....1,000%. If you are thinking about booking it, please do snag that date ASAP as they become fully booked. It's not their fault they're so popular... I got married recently and was lucky enough to snag our date for 2025 in the summer of 2024, and things could not have been more perfect from the initial visit with ALEX LEIGH until the very last sendoff. Alex, (you rock!!!!!) our coordinator, was the one who helped all of our dreams come true.. She was truly the heart and soul of our wedding day and the fairy godmother of weddings. Forgot a lint brush? She has it. Bobby pins? Check. Don't know how to fill out your wedding license or where to stand at the ceremony? Yes she can do that too. At one point in the night she delivered me champagne and even helped me adjust and bustle my dress. Hello- this girl has it all. Alex literally coached us throughout so we could make the day as flawless as possible. Nothing was ever too much and she has the patience of a saint throughout the entire planning process, she was a dream to work with. For a bride who planned her entire wedding herself, who thought she thought of everything, ALEX was the one who was one step ahead of my Type A behind that night!! She truly never ever missed a beat for a good 15 months of our planning process. She had wonderful recommendations from decor to vendors (they have an amazing list of preferred vendors), to in-house food. From the very beginning, her friendly and approachable demeanor made planning feel so easy and enjoyable. An A staffing group helps your day go smoothly with packing and unpacking your car, they truly delivered white glove service which was highly valued and fairly priced. ZANDER particularly stuck out to all of us offering golf cart rides down the hill for some guests to serving us appetizers when we sat down because we had missed them. Literally he was always so smiley and nice, I just appreciated the entire staff so much that day. They should be praised!! The day's timeline ran seamlessly, every vendor was exactly where they needed to be, and the entire day flowed effortlessly thanks to their impeccable organization and calm, confident presence. At our tasting earlier this year, Luna Justin and Anna were also sooo welcoming! Staff and leadership are amazing!! It's getting harder and harder to find exceptional service in 2025 but the Oaks nails it. Chef Rhett also delivered incredible food for us all, the gouda mac and cheese and steaks?! TO DIE FOR! Delicious! The place is a perfect blank slate to add your own flair and they will allow you to craft your dream day however you'd like! I felt completely at ease knowing Alex and team were managing everything behind the scenes, which allowed me to be fully present and just enjoy the day. Our guests were RAVING about how delicious and fresh everything was, and Cami was very communicative, incredibly friendly, and professional. “Booking Balistreri Vineyards as our venue was truly the best choice we could've made for our wedding! The venue itself is beautiful (don't let the warehouse district neighborhood fool you), the staff is INCREDIBLE, the food (made on site) was some of the best food we've had at a wedding (so much so I prioritized time in our timeline to make sure my husband had time to eat dinner), the flexibility of the venue is amazing, and so much more! From start to finish the venue coordinators Mattie and Mariah made the process a dream, and we really appreciated reasonable pricing with everything laid out clearly from the start (not a hidden fee in sight!). Having access to the bridal suite and the venue at 10am allowed myself and my bridal party to get ready on site, and made the day so relaxed. We've heard nothing but compliments from all our guests about how amazing this place was and how great of a time they had. Truly cannot recommend Balistreri enough!”

We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and CO Springs. Opened in 2004, The Grange seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary amenities. Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. “THE GOOD STUFF The Grange fit our needs really well for a 50 person baby shower. With the setup we chose, the room felt full but not crowded and allowed for ample room for people to move around. The fireplace added a nice atmosphere without making the room hot. The bathrooms and space were clean when we arrived. The Grange offers several table options which made it super easy for us to setup a kids zone, silent trivia area, and guest tables. Given that tables and chairs are included in the rental fee, it is fairly priced. A FEW BUMMERS While we wanted to have the garage doors open for an open-air feeling, it seemed that even the smallest bit of wind would knock over all of our decorations. Because we couldn't have the garage doors open, we did confine everything to indoors which changed our plans a bit with outdoor yard games as it wasn't super intuitive to go outside to the covered patio. We also would have liked to have been asked about the signage The Grange put outside. We had a co-ed baby shower but when we pulled up, the sign only listed the mother-to-be's name. Not a huge deal, but definitely could have been avoided. IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS A few things to note that may be important to you: 1. All setup, teardown, and cleaning is YOUR responsibility. So, if you don't want to haul tables and chairs, take out the trash, and mop the floor, this venue is not for you. (Note: We were made well aware of this prior to booking so it isn't a surprise but definitely a big consideration as it cuts into your rental time.) 2. The microphone works well for the main room but is very difficult to hear in the "back area" where the restrooms and food counters are. 3. When working on your budget, be sure to factor in the cost of getting event insurance as this is required and is an additional cost. (Again, we were made aware of this in advance so it wasn't a surprise.) 4. No table coverings/linens/tablecloths are provided so be sure you factor this into planning and your budget.”

“Mount Vernon Canyon Club truly is the perfect place to get married. I don’t think I have enough good things to say about them or the people who work there. Barbara is an absolute ray of sunshine. I would adopt her if I could. Seriously. She is just one of those people that instantly makes you feel taken care of. I think she told me she’s been doing weddings for 25 years and it shows. She knows her stuff. If you have an outside coordinator, listen to Barbara’s feedback and suggestions because she has seen everything and genuinely wants your day to be successful. Also, Angel is the bar manager from heaven. I have never had cocktails so delicious in my life. We had kiwi margaritas and a bourbon brown sugar/vanilla Manhattan, which sounds a little ridiculous when I type it out, but I would happily drink both every day for the rest of my life. We had a pretty specific vision and he absolutely nailed it. We are also a crowd that likes to drink and at no point did people have to wait forever for a beverage, which was honestly impressive. I know Will was one of our bartenders and there was another woman who was incredible that I cannot remember her name right now, but once I figure it out I’ll come back and update this review because she deserves a shoutout too! Also, thank you to Nicole, who helped me navigate some wedding-related hiccups after the fact that had absolutely nothing to do with Mount Vernon. She didn’t have to help and she did anyway. The views are spectacular, but honestly what stands out most is the people. There are a lot of beautiful wedding venues in Colorado. What makes Mount Vernon special is that the people genuinely care about your wedding and about you. We felt so loved and supported throughout this process and are so grateful we got to celebrate our day there.”

The communication with scheduling was amazing, especially given our situation- we had two getting ready locations and Christy was so helpful and patient while coordinating everything with us. “I was lucky enough to work with Josiah and Paige for my wedding in February and they were outright amazing. I had zero issues working with them. I don't mean that in a way where there were small things I didn't like but looked over-NO. I truly had zero issues with both of them or any of the people on their team for the day of hair and make up services. Before my big day, I booked two separate hair and make up trials where I asked for completely different things and at either trials they both arrived on time and did exactly the look I asked for. Then, the WEEKEND OF my wedding I realized I couldn't exactly pick between the two different looks and I humbly asked if Josiah could somehow combine the two looks from my trials for a "soft glam" look and he delivered. I have never felt so pretty. Same exact situation with my hair. Josiah and Paige were so patient and friendly and kind! There team worked quickly and efficiently on the day of my wedding to do hair and make up for most of my bridal party plus my mother and my mother in law- and a surprise person who changed her mind from doing her own make up to asking for it done! We even got little personalized touch up kits to reapply any lipstick or pin up any additional hair. I highly highly recommend this team of amazing professionals. I never leave review s for anything but they all should be recognized for their dedicated work. “We had the MOST amazing experience with Ashley Ridge! Having an all inclusive venue took sooooo much stress off of us. And they were amazing in every aspect! I can’t imagine what we would have done without our coordinator, Summer! The planning was made so simple.
