With over 20 years of experience as a professionally trained pastry chef, I am not just a cake artist, but a master in the art of pastry-making. I take pride in my ability to cater to a wide range of dietary restrictions and preferences. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or have any other dietary requirements, I've got you covered. My menu features a variety of mini desserts, chocolates, and cakes that will make your taste buds dance with joy. We are so grateful we chose Amy with Gingerly Baked for our wedding cake! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. She was warm, professional, incredibly responsive, and genuinely passionate about bringing our vision to life. The cake itself was beyond anything imagined- absolutely stunning in presentation and even better in taste! Every guest raved about how moist it was, and the flavors were to die for. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, talented, and truly gifted at what she does, you can't go wrong with Amy at Gingerly Baked. I am trying to find reasons to hire her again, it was that amazing!

Amanda and her team were absolutely phenomenal to work with. The dessert was honestly one of the most important pieces of the wedding to me as we had a venue with set/ in house catering for the dinner, and I am an avid baker. Gingerly Baked was one of the recommended vendors for our venue, and after a tasting at our venue, we immediately saw why and scheduled a tasting at Gingerly's professional kitchen/ tasting space. The tasting was such a fun and positive experience for us as a couple amidst wedding planning stress. All of Amanda's desserts and cakes are so beautiful, but more importantly, they all taste amazing. We worked with Gingerly to build our custom wedding cake (sort of a chocolate/ coconut macaroon creation that was so yummy), and we loved the versatility of having the cutting cake and then a mini dessert bar with some of our other favs. Throughout the process, Amanda and her team were organized, prompt, and communicative. Dessert delivery and set up was smooth/ effortless. They helped us adjust and add in some vegan and gluten free options closer to the date once we realized we'd neglected some of our guests in this. Thank you so much to Gingerly Baked, and we would 100% recommend including them in your special day.

We loved having Gingerly Baked as our dessert bar vendor for our wedding! We decided rather late in the planning process that we wanted a dessert bar, and they did not miss a beat. Their communication was clear, timely, and so helpful as we worked through their delicious and comprehensive menu options. Instead of a traditional cake, we chose a mini dessert bar with a variety of treats — and it was a huge hit! Our guests could not stop raving about how amazing everything tasted. Every dessert was beautifully presented and absolutely mouthwatering. One of our favorite thoughtful touches was the small box they put together for us to take back to our room with a sampling of each dessert — just in case we didn’t have time to grab any during the reception (which we didn’t!). It was such a sweet surprise and so appreciated after the whirlwind of the evening. Gingerly Baked exceeded every expectation. If you're considering a dessert bar, look no further — we HIGHLY recommend them!

We used Gingerly Baked for our wedding desserts, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Amanda and her team really listened to our vision for a dessert bar we created in honor of my step-dad, who passed before the celebration and loved sweets—it made everything even more meaningful. Communication was timely and thoughtful, and the tasting box blew us away. Each mini dessert looked like a piece of art and tasted just as amazing. We chose six different kinds, and our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! Every bite was gone by the end of the night. If you want desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious, Gingerly Baked is the perfect choice!
