Hi! My name is Amanda, the Chef and Owner of Gingerly Baked. My passion is creating beautiful and delicious cakes and desserts for your special occasion. I refuse to compromise quality. Everything is made from scratch, with superior ingredients, and with love.

With over 20 years of experience as a professionally trained pastry chef, I am not just a cake artist, but a master in the art of pastry-making. I take pride in my ability to cater to a wide range of dietary restrictions and preferences. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or have any other dietary requirements, I've got you covered. My menu features a variety of mini desserts, chocolates, and cakes that will make your taste buds dance with joy. I believe that every event should have a dessert spread that is tailored to the occasion. I work closely with my clients to create a spread that matches their vision and exceeds their expectations.

10/10 Incredible Experience!!!
If you're trying to decide between dessert vendors, let me save you some time: choose Gingerly Baked. Seriously. We got married in March, and somehow we're STILL talking about our cake and dessert bar months later. In full transparency, we actually went back and forth between two incredible vendors before making our decision, but I can confidently say choosing Gingerly Baked was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We first tried their desserts at the tasting hosted by Black Canyon Inn last November, and I still remember my now-husband and I looking at each other after the first couple of bites and immediately knowing, "Yep...this is it." Everything we tried was beyond incredible, and honestly, choosing what to order ended up being one of the hardest wedding decisions we made because every single option sounded (and tasted) amazing!!!!!! Throughout the entire planning process, everyone we emailed was so kind, responsive, patient, and organized. Special shoutout to Amanda, the owner & Maria, the administrative assistant who went above and beyond to coordinate everything. We definitely took longer than we should have to finalize our order because we kept changing our minds, but they never once made us feel rushed. They answered every question, kept us updated every step of the way, and made the entire process feel fun and effortless. We ended up choosing a medium-sized cake along with several dessert bar options, and I don't think a single guest left without talking about them. We originally weren't even planning to serve our wedding cake to our guests (we wanted to save it for ourselves) but after hearing so many "oohs" and "ahhs" when people saw it, we changed our minds at the last minute. Best decision ever. Everyone absolutely loved it. One last thing that really stood out to me was just how seamless everything was.Their team had such an incredible system that everything happened perfectly behind the scenes. They made it look effortless. The only downside? They were SO efficient that I wish I'd had more time to actually meet them in person and thank them for making our day just a (LOT) bit sweeter...literally. And yes...we happily ate leftover desserts for almost five straight days after our wedding, and not once did we get tired of them!!!! Our only real regret is that we don't live in Colorado because we couldn't justify bringing the top tier of our cake home to save for our anniversary. We STILLLLL talk about the cake and how grateful we were to share a few bites during wedding night and thankfully had the mini desserts to snack on after. We still talk about amazing everything was and were told it was some of the best sweet treats some guests had ever had at a wedding!!! What more could we have asked for?! Our one promise is that next time we are back in Colorado, we will have to place an order with them just to feel something again! hahaha. In all seriousness, thank you GB & team for helping make one of the best days of our lives even sweeter. We truly couldn't recommend Gingerly Baked more.

Wonderful Desserts
Our wedding cake was beautiful and EXACTLY how we wanted it decorated. It was so beautiful that we forgot to add our own cake topper!! A little heavy on the icing, but I understand they need a base for the fondant. We ordered the key lime pie mini desserts, s’mores bars, and lemon bars. We were a little disappointed the lemon bars didn’t have the blueberries on top as advertised, but that did not stop the guests from singing their praises about the lemon bars. I have to agree, the lemon bars are the perfect balance of tart and sweet. We ordered a vegan wedding cake and it was so yummy, moist, and the flavors were so well balanced. I would say they are on the high side of average pricing due to travel fees and service fees. Our guests LOVED everything they made and it was well worth it.

FANTASTIC COMPANY
Gingerly Baked is an exceptional group of bakers. They truly are so kind, organized, easy to work with & make the process so easy. We used them for our wedding and we had about 270 hand picked desserts that were fantastic. Our 175 guests ate them all in about 30 minutes or less and raved about them for days after. We appreciate the staff, especially Amanda Neaton for all the behind the scenes she did to make our night special. Highly recommend!

Say yes to Gingerly Baked!!
Say YES to Gingerly Baked doing your wedding cake! From the very beginning, Gingerly Baked was the clear choice for our wedding. The tasting process was seamless and customizable, and there's so many amazing combinations to choose from. Our final cake was DEVINE, she even let us do two flavors (churro and berries with cream), and each were so delicious. We had so many guests compliment our amazing cake. When it came to the design, we had multiple communications back and forth until we refined the perfect look. And it was absolutely stunning. I know it was my own wedding cake, but it was truly the most beautiful one I've ever seen. On top of all that, her customer service was beyond exceptional. On the night of our wedding, my husband and I only got one bite of cake because we were so busy - the leftover cake was placed in our fridge. We took it home, excited to eat some leftovers while we packed for our honeymoon. Well, the next morning came around, we were on the plane to our honeymoon destination, and I realized I completely forgot about the cake!! I was devastated. I reached our to Gingerly Baked, who prepared a special tasting of our wedding cake flavors when we returned home from our honeymoon so we could actually enjoy our wedding cake. It was wonderful, and I am so appreciative to the team for their incredible work!
