Hi! My name is Amanda, the Chef and Owner of Gingerly Baked. My passion is creating beautiful and delicious cakes and desserts for your special occasion. I refuse to compromise quality. Everything is made from scratch, with superior ingredients, and with love.

With over 20 years of experience as a professionally trained pastry chef, I am not just a cake artist, but a master in the art of pastry-making. I take pride in my ability to cater to a wide range of dietary restrictions and preferences. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or have any other dietary requirements, I've got you covered. My menu features a variety of mini desserts, chocolates, and cakes that will make your taste buds dance with joy. Our Guests Loved Every Bite!
We chose Gingerly Baked for our wedding desserts and they knocked it out of the park. From our first conversation, the team was quick to respond and gave us clear information about their options and process. They created a mini dessert assortment for our reception that looked so beautiful we almost didn't want to eat it—but we did, and it was delicious. What really impressed us was the thoughtful touch of labeling each dessert in both English and Latvian to honor our heritage. The quality of their work felt professional and refined without any of the fussiness. We'd recommend Gingerly Baked to any couple looking for desserts that are as stunning as they are tasty.

Highly recommend!
We could not have been happier with Gingerly Baked for our wedding! Our wedding cake and sweets were absolutely AMAZING, and everyone loved them. We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was! My husband Spencer is celiac, so having gluten-free options that he could enjoy was incredibly important to us. Everything tasted AMAZING! You truly would never know it was gluten-free. It meant so much to us that he could enjoy our wedding cake without having to compromise on taste or quality. Everything was also beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. We are so grateful for the care and talent that went into making our wedding desserts so special. We cannot recommend Gingerly Baked enough!

BEST DESSERTS EVER
Gingerly Baked did ALL of the desserts for our wedding and I seriously cannot recommend them enough!! Everything was absolutely fantastic, and we had so many guests tell us how much they loved the desserts. I’m gluten-free, so having desserts that I could actually enjoy was really important to me, and everything tasted SO delicious. You genuinely would never know they were gluten-free. Everything was beautiful, tasted amazing, and was exactly what I hoped for. They made such a special part of our wedding day completely perfect, and I already know I’ll be using Gingerly Baked for every event we have in the future. I truly could not recommend them more!

Woodland Dream Dessert Spread
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Gingerly Baked for our wedding this year in August. The entire process went so smoothly and was easy to follow along with. Our tasting prior to the wedding only made us that much more excited for the wedding. Everything looked high end and delicious and it was delicious! At the end of the evening on the wedding day, my husband and I went over to the sweets table and were so happy to see most plates and displays were mostly eaten! We had so many complements the day after! We could not be happier.

Wedding Cake and Dessert Table at Winter Park
We worked with Gingerly Baked to provide the desserts at our wedding and we could not be happier with how they turned out. The desserts were all delicious and we got so many compliments on them. We had Chocolate Obsession for our cake and then had several mini-desserts including tiramisu cake cups, Chantilly cake cups, cannolis, passion fruit tarts, and smores bars and they were all so good!! The Gingerly Baked team was also great to work with leading up to our wedding. They made the tasting process so easy and gave a lot of helpful input as we were trying to decide which desserts and what quantities to order. We would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for wedding desserts.
