With over 20 years of experience as a professionally trained pastry chef, I am not just a cake artist, but a master in the art of pastry-making. I take pride in my ability to cater to a wide range of dietary restrictions and preferences. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or have any other dietary requirements, I've got you covered. My menu features a variety of mini desserts, chocolates, and cakes that will make your taste buds dance with joy. Amanda and the Gingerly Baked team were fantastic. All of our guests love the desserts! Especially the chocolate chip cookie with sea salt and crem brulee. The tiramisu cups were also hits. We did a tasting with Amanda, and she helped us with our selection. We would highly recommend her for anyone finding someone for dessert at their wedding!

Amanda makes the most delicious desserts! Our dessert table was one of the highlights of the night, especially for two people with a serious sweet tooth. Everything looked beautiful and tasted even better. Amanda and her team were responsive, professional, and so easy to work with. They created a stunning display and made sure everything was perfect. We just wish the desserts had been endless!

Gingerly Baked was a dream to work with and created the most stunning desserts for our wedding. Our three-tiered cake was not only delicious but such a chic, elegant focal point when guests entered the tent... truly picture-perfect (see attached). We also opted for an assortment of mini desserts, and they were a huge hit at the reception. Our guests are still talking about them! The tasting process was such a fun experience for us as well. Amanda completely nailed our vision and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!
