Hi! My name is Amanda, the Chef and Owner of Gingerly Baked. My passion is creating beautiful and delicious cakes and desserts for your special occasion. I refuse to compromise quality. Everything is made from scratch, with superior ingredients, and with love.

With over 20 years of experience as a professionally trained pastry chef, I am not just a cake artist, but a master in the art of pastry-making. I take pride in my ability to cater to a wide range of dietary restrictions and preferences. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or have any other dietary requirements, I've got you covered. My menu features a variety of mini desserts, chocolates, and cakes that will make your taste buds dance with joy. Wedding Cake and Dessert Table at Winter Park
We worked with Gingerly Baked to provide the desserts at our wedding and we could not be happier with how they turned out. The desserts were all delicious and we got so many compliments on them. We had Chocolate Obsession for our cake and then had several mini-desserts including tiramisu cake cups, Chantilly cake cups, cannolis, passion fruit tarts, and smores bars and they were all so good!! The Gingerly Baked team was also great to work with leading up to our wedding. They made the tasting process so easy and gave a lot of helpful input as we were trying to decide which desserts and what quantities to order. We would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for wedding desserts.

Exquisite Dessert Details
Amanda and team create edible art! Her mini desserts are as delicious as they are beautiful. We especially appreciated all of the amazing gluten-free options that taste as good as the standard versions. She was generous and kind to work with throughout the planning. Her team has a structured process to make it seamless. Our guests were blown away by the variety of specialty dessert options at our daughter’s wedding. This was a splurge we would definitely make again!

Best Dessert EVER
Gingerly Baked desserts were the thing I was most excited for our wedding guests to enjoy. When my husband and I went to a tasting, we were met with kindness, intention, professionalism, artistic creation, and a clear love for what they do. Not to mention every single dessert was to die for. Hands down the best dessert I have ever had in my life! And I am a well-traveled, well-eaten, kind of person. Both my husband and I have a huge sweet tooth and this was absolutely perfect. Since I am not the biggest fan of cake, having an assortment of mini desserts was the perfect addition to our special day. We even had guests taking desserts before the dinner came out! We couldn't keep the people off them - they are just that good! Only complaint is that I wish we had ordered more :) 100/10 - I will absolutely be ordering from them again on any special occasion I can find an excuse for.

Delicious and Professional
I chose Gingerly Baked for my July 4, 2026 wedding at River Bend in Lyons, CO, and they do such an amazing job with everything from communication to execution. I purchased a pickup tasting and when they gave me the wrong items (apparently the changes I made in the portal did not stick), they gave me another tasting box with the correct order. When I made (many) changes to my dessert cake order for my wedding, they captured all the changes flawlessly. We went with the berry chantilly for our wedding cake (a very 2026-coded vintage heart shaped cake) and it was DELICIOUS. Not too sweet, not too almondy, with perfect even layers throughout. And the actual desserts...my goodness. I am a dessert FIEND and was honestly more upset that I didn't eat of them more on the wedding day haha. We did a mix of cheesecakes, sea salt chocolate chip cookies (THE BEST), brownies, berry chantilly and red velvet cupcakes and fruit tarts. This team truly does everything so well. The only downside I'll share is that they do not provide dessert trays or displays for the dessert. They would get a full 5 stars across all categories for me if that was an element they provided for their business. I would honestly pay more for displays because it was a pain to try to figure out what displays/trays/tiers to buy, not knowing what our dessert table was going to look like ahead of time combined with the amount of desserts we were going to have. Overall, I highly recommend Gingerly Baked for your wedding or event!

10/10 Incredible Experience!!!
If you're trying to decide between dessert vendors, let me save you some time: choose Gingerly Baked. Seriously. We got married in March, and somehow we're STILL talking about our cake and dessert bar months later. In full transparency, we actually went back and forth between two incredible vendors before making our decision, but I can confidently say choosing Gingerly Baked was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We first tried their desserts at the tasting hosted by Black Canyon Inn last November, and I still remember my now-husband and I looking at each other after the first couple of bites and immediately knowing, "Yep...this is it." Everything we tried was beyond incredible, and honestly, choosing what to order ended up being one of the hardest wedding decisions we made because every single option sounded (and tasted) amazing!!!!!! Throughout the entire planning process, everyone we emailed was so kind, responsive, patient, and organized. Special shoutout to Amanda, the owner & Maria, the administrative assistant who went above and beyond to coordinate everything. We definitely took longer than we should have to finalize our order because we kept changing our minds, but they never once made us feel rushed. They answered every question, kept us updated every step of the way, and made the entire process feel fun and effortless. We ended up choosing a medium-sized cake along with several dessert bar options, and I don't think a single guest left without talking about them. We originally weren't even planning to serve our wedding cake to our guests (we wanted to save it for ourselves) but after hearing so many "oohs" and "ahhs" when people saw it, we changed our minds at the last minute. Best decision ever. Everyone absolutely loved it. One last thing that really stood out to me was just how seamless everything was.Their team had such an incredible system that everything happened perfectly behind the scenes. They made it look effortless. The only downside? They were SO efficient that I wish I'd had more time to actually meet them in person and thank them for making our day just a (LOT) bit sweeter...literally. And yes...we happily ate leftover desserts for almost five straight days after our wedding, and not once did we get tired of them!!!! Our only real regret is that we don't live in Colorado because we couldn't justify bringing the top tier of our cake home to save for our anniversary. We STILLLLL talk about the cake and how grateful we were to share a few bites during wedding night and thankfully had the mini desserts to snack on after. We still talk about amazing everything was and were told it was some of the best sweet treats some guests had ever had at a wedding!!! What more could we have asked for?! Our one promise is that next time we are back in Colorado, we will have to place an order with them just to feel something again! hahaha. In all seriousness, thank you GB & team for helping make one of the best days of our lives even sweeter. We truly couldn't recommend Gingerly Baked more.
