Coast2Coast Culinary is a from-scratch catering company based in Castle Rock, led by Chef Brandon Cant. We've catered over 1,150 events across the Front Range, and weddings are some of our favorites. Every menu is built around you - your story, your guests and your venue - with regional and international flavors like Colorado lamb, house-smoked brisket and cedar-plank salmon. We do plated dinners, family-style, buffets, action stations, passed appetizers and late-night bites, and we're happy to add bartending to your catering. Everything is made in our own kitchen, and dietary needs are never an afterthought.

Simply speaking, you work with the same team from the first tasting to the last plate. Our own chefs, captains and servers run your day, and we're happy to help with the parts that aren't food, too (i.e. rentals, floor plans and timelines). We were voted Best Catering Service in Castle Rock's Best of the Best for 2026, and we've comfortably handled events up to 500 guests without losing the personal touch. Ultimately, our goal is to make the food the easy part of your planning, and to make sure nobody leaves hungry.

    The entire team at Coast2Coast, and in particular, Luke W. were excellent to work with. The team accommodated a 1-month venue change, super hungry guests during our wedding day, and unique dessert requests. We loved all of the appetizers, dinners, and desserts from Coast2Coast, and are very appreciative of how professional and attentive they were.

    Incredible food, exceptional ownership

    10/10 SO GOOD! The food was delicious & not so ridiculously priced like most others. There was not one thing I tasted from them that I didn’t like. Luke was great to talk to & when our wedding venue cancelled on us, he was so willing to help wherever he could. I can’t explain how amazing Luke was to us in that time. I couldn’t recommend them more.

    Coast2Coast catered a bridal shower I hosted and I was so pleased with the entire experience. The food was outstanding, with all the guests commenting on it. The options we had to choose from were plentiful and it was tough making a decision on the final menu. Communication with Luke during the process was excellent and he helped guide me through choosing our brunch selections. I highly recommend C2C for any event, large or small, they do an outstanding job!
