When Sanja and Mitch planned their wedding, they wanted the food to reflect both her Indian heritage and their shared love of adventurous flavors. Cocktail hour opened with passed appetizers that sparked conversation—crispy tomato cucumber chaat on rice crackers, lamb lollipops with masala and pistachio, and playful samosa jalapeño poppers filled with cheese. Guests then discovered the lively pani puri station, a nod to Sanja’s childhood favorites, where they filled crisp puris with cabbage and carrot salad, tender lamb in korma, or shrimp in coconut curry. The aromatic biryani station followed, with saffron-hued basmati rice and mix-ins crafted by a chef to each guest’s taste. The evening culminated at the carving station, where tandoori chicken, spiced lamb shoulder, yogurt-marinated beef tenderloin, and roasted turmeric cauliflower were carved to order. Together, the feast showcased tradition, creativity, and abundance—perfectly reflecting Sanja and Mitch’s love story.

They catered my rehearsal dinner, and hte care they put into planning every bit of the event to the beautiful, and YUM food really made our rehearsal dinner awesome. The only regret we had is that we couldn't use them for our wedding, haha.

Absolutely loved the food catered for our wedding. Thank you team for an amazing day. The food was amazing, the service was wonderful and the cocktails knocked everybody’s socks off. We got married at Grand Lake Lodge this year and even though it’s a super challenging space, these guys did amazing work. I had them do a pasta bar and paella, and it was amazing. They made the paella right in front of our guests!

We hired Seasoned for our wedding, and they exceeded every expectation. The menu featured upscale French and Italian dishes served at beautifully arranged stations. From start to finish, the food was outstanding — instead of the watered-down experience catering often brings, it truly felt like dining in a five-star restaurant. The staff was friendly, personal, and attentive, handling dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free) seamlessly. The entire process, from the tasting through the end of the evening, was smooth, stress-free, and delicious. I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say. If you’re looking for catering that delivers both elegance and flavor, I couldn’t recommend them more.
