The Vail Golf & Nordic Clubhouse can be booked by itself or as a package with the Wedding Island for your ceremony. Access to the venue, set-up and tear down will all be included in your package time frame. Events must be over, broken down and cleaned up no later than midnight. Gore Range Room buyout and wedding packages include the following amenities: • Banquet room, Krueger reception room, banquet patio and ceremony lawn • Use of tables, chairs, white table linens and white napkins • Bridal suite • Eight on-site parking spots

    Stunning Venue with Amazing Service!

    From our first conversation with the Vail Golf & Nordic Clubhouse team, we knew we had found our venue. Their communication was timely and organized, which made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how flexible and accommodating the staff was and they executed everything perfectly. The indoor and outdoor spaces are stunning with incredible views, and for Vail, the price point was unbeatable. On our wedding day, the food and bar service were outstanding, the details were flawless, and the personal touch from the staff made us feel so special. We can't recommend this venue enough to couples looking for a beautiful Colorado wedding.
