Hey! I'm Wes. Wedding days are my absolute favorite. From the stunning venues, to friends and family who have traveled from near and far, to the joy, laughter, and dancing — I love it all. I have been a videographer for as long as I can remember. I've done videos for churches, small businesses, and even fun personal projects. I started Layman Films by combining my biggest passion with my favorite days, weddings.

Everyone's wedding is so unique and special to them, so all I do as a videographer is tell a story. I don't fabricate or script — I just capture the moments. In addition, I spend countless hours editing to ensure your film is a true recreation of your wedding day — from the smallest details to the big walk down the aisle — all captured with care and high quality.

The Story Package

Everything that the Essentials Package includes, plus we’ll spend half a day together while you go on a classic date (just the two of you — I’ll be behind the camera, promise), pre-wedding. This extra shoot adds rich, emotional context to your final film. It’s a chance to capture who you are as a couple — the laughter, the quiet moments, the everyday love — so that your wedding video doesn’t just document the day… it tells your story.

    Having Wesley video our wedding was such an incredible experience! He was calm during our whole day and made us feel so comfortable.
