Hi there, I’m Alexus! I am a Colorado based traveling wedding photographer, inspired by the gentle, romantic loves like yours. Since 2021, I’ve been devoted to capturing imagery with a romantic, airy style that transcends photography into lasting art pieces and heirlooms. From engagement session to your last dance of the night, my work is rooted in storytelling that feels both graceful and deeply personal. I believe your memories deserve to be preserved with thought and intention, and I believe that your story deserves to live on as tangibly as you want it to.

My photography makes space for emotion. I anticipate all of those small moments, so you get more than a "shot list" from your day. My galleries are full of candid, sweet moments between you + the ones you love. I sneak couples away for a quick golden hour portrait session so they have that touch of "posed" too!

Alexus has done amazing work for both our engagement and wedding photos. She has been kind and helpful during the whole process. She was perfect to work with as two people who are not typically photo takers. She would direct us, move on if we were not feeling a pose, I honestly was amazed every time we get a new photo. Her work is so clear and beautiful. (I am not the best at sharing photos online but to start this is one of her detail photos from the day off) I 100% recommend her to anyone and will continue to go to her for any photography needs we will have in the future.

When I went looking for a Wedding Photographer… I literally stumbled upon her. Facebook post asking for recommendations. Out of 300 she was one of 10 I contacted. I loved her style. I wanted something authentic to the beautiful colors around us. She delivered on that. So we booked her. She was flexible making a crazy firefighter schedule work with her and her beautiful family. She shot our engagement photos at the firehouse, managed the guys cracking jokes, my baby crying and a dog running around with ease. First indicator she could handle anything you throw at her. Which is a plus in the hectic wedding department. When it came to our wedding, she managed my stressed out lack of communication with ease not once making me feel bad. Second indicator we made the right choice. She came ready to pop 5 days later and didn’t let that slow her down at all. Third indicator that we basically made the best choice. She was flexible and patient and added in shots I requested and then some. Constantly moving and adjusting to being pulled all over! Sneak peaks were delivered super fast and had me giddy and anxious and she took so many pictures I seriously am still trying to post them all to Facebook! This was our wedding stateside after having our son, and I wish I would have known her sooner cause I probably would have taken her to our first destination wedding. And the photos came out beautifully. We loved her so much we just had her do our family photos before we move states. I have literally one of my favorite photos ever of my baby and I as well as with my now husband because of her. It’s easy being the mom taking all the pictures, but hard to ever to take them of yourself with your baby/family. And because of her I have memories to last a lifetime. Last little piece… I struggle to see my own beauty and self worth at times and the way she captured our pictures made me feel beautiful. You would be completely missing out if you didn’t have her taking your pictures. I promise you won’t regret it.
Snowy surprise day

When our wedding day went from a forecasted 76 to snowy 26, Alexus didn't flinch. She was so flexible and sweet and even found us when we snuck off outside to enjoy the snow. Even while pregnant (congratulations on baby now!), she was on her feet and never stopped finding ways to preserve our day. Alexis did an especially great job embracing the groomsmen's photoshoot and making them feel handsome in their photos. My husband loves his portraits and we love how she captured authentic interactions in photos. All the photos she delivered are beautiful and contain more emotions than we even knew we felt. We couldn't be happier!!!
