“Makaila R. was fantastic! Wedding photos were very important to us, but we didn’t have a super high budget so I feel so thankful that we were able to utilize a service like yellow paddle. Unlike other similar services, you are actually able to pick your photographer, which is huge! Everything went as planned. Our photographer was prompt with our initial video meeting and right on time for the day of our wedding. She made us feel super comfortable and we are very happy with our wedding photos! We already received our wedding photos within just a few weeks and the site yellow paddle uses to be able to share photos with everyone is great. My only suggestion would be to be able to hide photos that you don’t want to be viewable to everyone when sharing the link…but they’d have to use a different photo sharing service. “We had a wonderful experience working with Brus and the full Spruce Mountain team. They think of everything when it comes to logistics, and we didn't have to worry about a thing from the moment we showed up on wedding day until the end of the night. Our experience touring the venue a year and a half ago, coming back for the Wine & Nosh event, and doing our 30 day walk through all made the planning process so smooth and exciting for us and our families. The multiple ceremony locations are all gorgeous, and we were thrilled to be able to get married mountainside with the natural beauty of Colorado in the background. Our guests loved cocktail hour and the indoor/outdoor dinner & dancing set up. Spruce is truly a 5 star wedding venue because of its natural beauty and the organization/care the team takes in scoping out all the details, like 2 beautiful getting ready suites for the bridesmaids & groomsmen, shuttles to take guests up mountainside, and open air string lights for late night dancing. Spruce is also a popular spot that many of our vendors were familiar with, which made logistics even smoother since our bartenders, caterer, DJ, planner, and florist had all done multiple weddings at Spruce before and had great recommendations on what could work well with our vision. We hope to come back for future events and are so happy to have gotten married at Spruce!”

“We had our wedding at The Rose Event Center in September 2025 and the entire process was a DREAM! The venue is stunning and has so much character - exactly what we were looking for! This was our 4th venue we toured and I knew it was the one the moment we started to walk through. Both Patricia and Emily were incredible to work with. They were extremely prompt and organized in every email and conversation we had. What we loved the most is that this is an all-inclusive venue -- something that is not very typical with other venues. The transparency in the price and what it includes were 100% exact & there were no hidden fees. We loved working with their recommended vendor (elite entertainment) for our DJ and decor. That is the only outside vendor, besides our photographer & makeup/hair people. We chose to add extra time and have access to the venue earlier on our wedding day so that both parties could get ready at the venue and I highly recommend doing that! We both had breakfast at nearby restaurants and timed everything out so that the girls would arrive first to start getting ready. The bridal space upstairs is gorgeous and perfect for getting ready with your girls. We had our first look in the state room (bar upstairs) and it was the perfect intimate moment we wanted. We sent our wedding party & parents down to the park (2 blocks away) by the river and walked down there after our first look for family/bridal party photos - a true dream without having to coordinate transportation. I cannot recommend The Rose and their staff enough. The food was delicious and our guests enjoyed being able to explore up on the mezzanine level throughout the night. (*inside tip - you can go to the Buffalo Rose next door and do a wine tasting before making your wine selections!) Make sure you get the Churros for dessert! Our *only* regret is that we didn't have more dessert for out guests -- it ran out very quickly as we had more guests stay than expected and everyone wanted the churros (we did the dessert bar with 4 different varieties) Book your tour at The Rose Event center - you won't regret it!”

“Ivy has photographed four major life events for my family now. From our engagement to wedding to maternity to newborn photos, she captured so many of our most important memories that we can treasure forever so beautifully. In planning a wedding with a goal of staying under Colorado’s average wedding cost, I was deep in the Internet and Instagram profiles looking for a photographer that was affordable without sacrificing quality. I found two and was leaning more toward Ivy anyway, but blindly showed my fiancé at the time samples of the two photographers’ portfolios. He immediately chose Ivy’s without knowing anything about who the photographer was, cost, or any other details. He gave the reasoning that her photos were so vibrant and real-looking and he wanted our days captured in the same way. As soon as we got on the phone for our consultation call with Ivy, we immediately clicked. She then made us feel so comfortable in the engagement session and we really got to get to know each other in preparation for our big wedding day. She then requested the wedding day schedule and even helped us make decisions to build that schedule based on not only what would give us the best photo opportunities but also what would work better for us based on what she knew and getting to know us. Because she has so much experience and cares so deeply about her clients, she actually doubled as a second wedding coordinator for the day-of. She made the day flow so stress-free and took a lot of responsibility upon herself to make sure the day was absolutely perfect. Even in the shoots outside of our wedding, she was so gentle and patient with our dogs and newborn baby, putting us so ease in what could have been stressful situations prepping for a photo session. “We hired Justin and Lesley for their DJ services, photobooth and wedding coordination for my 8/15 wedding at Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park. If I could give them 100/5 stars I would. Justin CRUSHED it as the DJ. He’s not one of the DJs that simply clicks next. He’s actively mixing and reading the room to understand how he can keep the energy going. I had multiple guests tell me that they were so so so impressed with his DJing skills. He kept us on our toes and the dance floor packed ALL night. We got the photobooth package with the glam filter and it was packed all night long! Our guests loved it and the line always kept moving quickly. They even provided a book where they put a copy of every photo so that we could flip through them post-wedding. We had some HILARIOUS photos because of the unique and fun props they have so it was nice to have an immediate keepsake. They also sent us a folder with the digital files of all the photos taken at the photobooth. Lastly, Lesley was my saving grace. My original planner canceled just one week before our wedding day. Since we already had Justin booked as our DJ, I immediately texted them and asked if we could use their coordination services as well. They jumped in without hesitation and saved the day. Their attention to detail ensured that the day ran super smoothly. The room was set up beautifully and i was able to feel like a guest at my own wedding versus feeling like I had to project manage the day. They even packed up my car at the need of the night! I appreciated how I felt like Lesley would just take initiative. She’d see that something needs to get done and would do it flawlessly without hesitation versus needing any handholding or direction from me. “Cami was excellent to work woth! She communicated clearly and responded timely. She was accommodating to my schedule and made me feel comfortable planing everything from a different state. She was very helpful in planning for serving sizes and delivery and answered all questions I sent her way. We did a cake tasting and were blown away with every sample! She set up the display beautifully! We received so many compliments on the cake (vanilla/bavarian cream/fresh strawberries) and cupcakes (s’mores) by both kids and adults! Can’t thank her enough!”

We are a family-owned and operated winery located in Denver. Our award-winning wines are traditionally handcrafted, without addition of sulfites or other chemicals. The tasting room and vineyard is located just 10 minutes from downtown Denver. When visiting you will be welcomed by John Balistreri, his wife Birdie or their daughter Julie. We offer tastings of our award winning wines and a tour of our wine cellar and winemaking facilities. “Booking Balistreri Vineyards as our venue was truly the best choice we could've made for our wedding! The venue itself is beautiful (don't let the warehouse district neighborhood fool you), the staff is INCREDIBLE, the food (made on site) was some of the best food we've had at a wedding (so much so I prioritized time in our timeline to make sure my husband had time to eat dinner), the flexibility of the venue is amazing, and so much more! From start to finish the venue coordinators Mattie and Mariah made the process a dream, and we really appreciated reasonable pricing with everything laid out clearly from the start (not a hidden fee in sight!). Having access to the bridal suite and the venue at 10am allowed myself and my bridal party to get ready on site, and made the day so relaxed. We've heard nothing but compliments from all our guests about how amazing this place was and how great of a time they had. Truly cannot recommend Balistreri enough!”

We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and CO Springs. Opened in 2004, The Grange seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary amenities. Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please note we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. “Hosted a wedding for 80 people at The Grange and it was perfect! Beautiful building and covered outdoor space. Great options to customize the space included having the large garage style doors open, gas fireplaces, heaters, adjustable lighting, variety of table sizes, plenty of chairs and a sound system. The kitchen and bar area were great since the party was self-catered. The Grange staff was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this venue and the price cannot be beat!”
