She was very helpful in planning for serving sizes and delivery and answered all questions I sent her way. We did a cake tasting and were blown away with every sample! She set up the display beautifully! We received so many compliments on the cake (vanilla/bavarian cream/fresh strawberries) and cupcakes (s’mores) by both kids and adults! Can’t thank her enough!”

I did a ton of research (aka hours spent searching makeup artists on instagram) and kept finding myself coming back to Divine Beauty Artists’s page. I loved how their brides and bridesmaids looked and was particularly drawn to Jamie’s work. Jamie was absolutely spectacular through my trial, and was extremely patient with my many follow up questions leading up to the wedding. She helped me figure out what lip combo I would need to purchase to do my own touch-ups throughout the night (which has now become my signature lip look) and what extensions I would need for my envisioned look. She was so sweet, kind, and just did such beautiful work. Alongside her, Audrey (for hair), Brianne (for hair), and Marisol (for makeup) worked on my bridesmaids, mothers of the bride/groom, and flower girl. Our team was absolutely spectacular and each of my ladies looked so beautiful. I wish I could have my wedding day everyday for so many reasons, but to be able to have the same hair and makeup team is a huge reason why. “Anne is a highly skilled photographer and an overall awesome human being! This was the 2nd marriage for both me and my now-husband. We knew we wanted to have a photographer, but we didn’t want to spend an exorbitant amount of money. Our initial communication with Anne was a short phone call to determine her availability, the overall size and timing of the wedding, what we were hoping for, and scheduling a time so she could see the venue (our back deck overlooking a lake) and the reception area (a nearby restaurant). In our 1st meeting, Anne asked all the right questions, and even some that we didn’t consider. Her thoroughness, professionalism and knowledge of her art was evident in our meeting. We showed her where we would have the ceremony, and we walked around to where we could take photos after the wedding (the lake behind our house). Then we drove to the restaurant where we would have the reception, and Anne sat with us and the General Manager of the restaurant to get a full idea of how the reception would flow. Anne took notes throughout this entire meeting. Anne even joined our casual rehearsal the evening before the wedding to test out her equipment and to make sure she would be prepared for the framing of certain aspects of the ceremony. As the bride, I wasn’t attached to having photographs of getting dressed, or having pictures of my dress or shoes, etc. But Anne not only offered up those options, she took it upon herself to get to the wedding early and take pictures of all the preparations, anyway. I am SO GLAD she did! When the day came, Anne was able to capture the ENTIRE day, from before the ceremony, through to the end at our reception. The pictures are AH-MAZING! The area where we had our ceremony had very challenging lighting because it was outside, but the roof on our deck was tinted, and the sun was spotty in many places depending on where you stood. Nonetheless, in every shot we received in our gallery, Anne managed to find the sweet spot in all the shots— clear images, beautiful color, wonderful translations to black & white. It was a small wedding, 27 people total including Anne, plus me and my groom. She coached, cajoled, and encouraged everyone in the group shots to show their true personalities. As for the photos of me and my groom postwedding… WOW! Anne captured it all— magical, spontaneous, heartfelt, funny, and just perfect! The same could be said of the reception— all photos of our guests, the toasts, our connection with the restaurant staff, the live music, the food and our two cakes. The whole day was absolutely and perfectly recorded! In addition to the hundreds of photos included in our final gallery, Anne created a short video (less than two minutes) highlighting a handful of shots that, if one sees it, can get the gist of our day. It was such a bonus since I didn’t recall that was part of our agreement. As a person, Anne is warm and friendly, genuine and thoughtful, creative and considerate. Her communication skills and our interactions through email, text and phone calls were timely, and in-person appointments were punctual. If you read through this entire review, you MUST contact Anne yourself and see what she has to offer you. If you are prepared, have a vision of what you want for your day, can voice your ideas, concerns, and questions, then Anne can meet you where you are and deliver a spectacular record of photos that you can treasure for a lifetime!”

“Our experience with Northwoods Band was absolutely fantastic. From the very beginning, they were attentive, generous, and friendly in their communication, making the planning process a breeze. On the day of our wedding, they exceeded our expectations with their awesome, high energy, and professional performance. The lead singer, Austin, played several acoustic songs that we requested for our ceremony and cocktail hour that sounded incredible. Then, at the reception, the full band played an amazing 2-hour set, nailing all the songs we had requested, including a TOOL song! We're more into rock music so chose accordingly but they have a variety of genres in their repertoire, suitable for most preferences of music. We had so many guests come up to us afterwards to rave about how great the band was - they truly made our wedding 1000% more awesome, and all at a very reasonable price. “We just had our wedding at Mountain Crust and it was everything we hoped it would be and more. We were honestly sold from our first walkthrough - the vibe of the building and backyard were perfect and any time we interacted with staff members, it was a treat. They're all so kind and fun!! The venue itself handles all food, alcohol, tables, dishware etc. offering a variety of options and packages which made planning SO easy. We were still able to make everything very “us” with decor and details. The wedding day itself was honestly so smooth. We paid for the Loveshack getting ready suite and it was amazing. If you’re on the fence on that, it’s completely worth it in my opinion. We had Nico as our day of planner and point of contact throughout and she was FANTASTIC. She did a great job setting all of our decor up according to our vision. I wasn’t stressed at all throughout the day because everything was handled before I even thought about a thing. Even when there was a period of rain during dinner, umbrellas and blankets were passed out and it honestly made for a really cozy vibe and great photos. Our guests were consistently coming up to us to compliment the venue, food and staff. The entire Mountain Crust team has a way of making everyone feel like a VIP - accommodating allergies/dietary restrictions and going out of their way to make sure each individual guest was having a great time. I could go on and on about the people. They truly bring the party! I would 10/10 recommend this venue to anyone! Amazing experience start to finish!”

“From start to finish, our experience with The Rose Event Center was nothing short of amazing. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, full of character, warmth, and charm, but what truly sets it apart is the level of care and support you receive, especially from Patricia. I’m a busy mom of two, and going into wedding planning I honestly had no idea how I was going to pull everything together. Patricia was incredible at keeping everything organized, detailed, and on track while also reminding me that I was on track and didn’t need to stress. Her calm, reassuring presence made the entire planning process feel manageable and even enjoyable. On our wedding day, everything came together exactly how I had envisioned it. The Rose has such natural ambiance that you don’t need a ton of décor to make it feel magical, it’s already stunning on its own. Seeing our names on the marquee that day was such a fun and special touch and made the whole experience feel even more personal. There was even a moment when the strap on my wedding dress ripped, and Patricia was immediately there with an emergency kit, sewing me back up and getting me back out to enjoy our day without missing a beat. That level of preparedness and care truly speaks volumes. The food was fantastic, we received so many compliments, and the staff was warm, friendly, and professional throughout the entire day. We loved every minute of our wedding, and we are so grateful to The Rose and Patricia for making it all feel seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t recommend this venue more highly.”

“First off, the location is beautiful and so is the inside. Lots of different types of venues within the building so super customizable. I was there for a holiday party on 12/2/22 and was so impressed. I got to see each space they had and it was beautifully decorated. Great staff, very clean (including the bathrooms) and I would definitely go back to any event being held there or highly considerate for my own event in the future!”

We only host to one event per day, which means you exclusively have our entire event center at your fingertips! We have an indoor facility that can easily be segmented depending on your event’s needs which seats around 385 people comfortably. “They absolutely fantastic to work with for our wedding! From the very first call, Matt was incredibly professional, responsive, and accommodating. They took the time to understand our music preferences and vision for the reception and ceremony, and executed it flawlessly. Matt kept the dance floor packed all night long with his great song selections and energy. He even seamlessly handled a few last-minute changes to our ceremony music, making it seem like they were planned all along. The photo booth was also a huge hit with our guests, and the attendant was so friendly and helpful.
