“I found Alexa on the Knot and booked her for Monarch’s full wedding planning package as my husband & I were planning a wedding outside of Chicago in an unconventional venue, 9 months away, and lived in another state. It was a big challenge but from the initial consultation, we loved Alexa’s energy, organization, commitment and just knew we could trust her with our once in a lifetime event. “Rachelle was the MVP of our whole planning process but especially our wedding day! We used the There For You Package and it was worth every penny. Most of our vendors were recommended by Rachelle, and were all so great to work with. Our wedding planning process was made more organized with a planner she supplied to us. In the weeks prior to our wedding, we met with Rachelle who helped walk us through the timeline for our day, and let us know what elements would work best in what order. She helped to incorporate everything we wanted into one seamless schedule. She organized this timeline with vendors and coordinated arrivals so we didn’t have to, and it was such a relief to not have to worry about managing arrivals and leave it to the professional instead! Where she really shined was on the wedding day itself. She came prepared to help set up decorations so we didn’t have to. She got the marriage license mailed so we didn’t need to worry about it. She ensured gifts and cards were stored away into a vehicle and managed the clean up of the venue so we could go home and rest. She wanted our day to be for us to relax, enjoy, and savor the moment. She delivered on that goal because going into the day, the only thing on our mind was the excitement we felt! Through these months of planning, Rachelle always brought an enthusiastic and caring attitude to her work. She was our calming presence when it all felt overwhelming.
