Hi, I’m Yelitza (Je-lit-sa ... don't worry! I got you). I’m a photographer, wife, nurse, fur-mom of three, new avid hiker, and a pretty darn good baker; and I’m here (dramatic pause) to tell your story. I found photography my freshman year of high school (I needed some credits in a pinch and this was it), three days in class and I was in love. Fast forward a few year (hey! hey! not too many years... Watch it! lol) and I'm still just as in love as that third day.

A former newspaper photographer & editor, I truly love to capture authentic moments as they happen - commonly known as lifestyle photography. My favorite photos are storytelling moments filled with happiness & love. I'm also a sucker for gorgeous light, sunsets, trees, and ALL naturally beautiful outdoor settings. I'm a bit of a romantic and LOVE catching those in between funny moments when no one thinks I'm watching. My Client for Life program evolved when so many couples came back to me for newborn and family sessions - I LOVE building that relationship and becoming "their" photographer for life.

Paperboys is a boutique wedding film/photo agency located on the ‘skirtz of Washington D.C. We started down this regal road in 2014 and we have the mountain of harddrives to prove it! We’re a collaborative team of filmmakers and photographers who live for making amazing things for the world’s most friggin’ amazing couples. When we started this business on a wing and a prayer, we quickly realized that working alone is not a ton of fun - some would say, it’s for the birds. So, we grew our team and that’s when things really started to come to life.

She's a shih-tzu, and our little "fluffy butt" - I am obsessed with Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino's, going antiquing any chance I get, decorating our home, and after 20 years, I have FINALLY found a wine I like, after tasting everything! so I like to say I'm now a wine enthusiast haha! Mexican & Italian are my fav food! Love a good Netflix binge! & I live for 2 hour bubble baths!! Once I'm in, you can't get me out! :)
