I'm Lindsay, a wedding photographer in New Kent, Virginia.  The right photographer will make sure you remember every aspect of your day- that's where our team comes in. We will make sure every ounce of your day is captured- the details, the moments, the tears, and the dancing! We know the investment you've made- the money, the time, the planning, and in a matter of hours it's gone! Not your photographs though. We want you to be able to relive your day every time you glance at your images! Photography isn't just a hobby, it's a passion and an investment-you should invest in your memories! 

Here at LJP, I've developed a unique team between myself and my second shooter. We've learned to know the other's steps before they make them. Together, we make sure every moment of your day is documented- from your details to your exit.

    Lindsey is such a talented photographer and such a warm and kind person! We really enjoyed working with her. We had a great check in call with her and she helped to answer our questions and brainstorm with us. The day of, Lindsey was so easy to talk to and work with and immediately we felt at ease. So many people at our wedding commented on how awesome the photographer was. We just received the sneak preview of photos and are over the moon. They are AMAZING photos. Highly recommend working with Lindsey!

Yes. Both our Elite and Signature weddings include two photographers. Depending on the size of your wedding, an assistant may be included as well at no additional cost to the client.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. I am happy to give a referral to some of the best in our industry.
Definitely. All final images (those selected by our team) will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge. Please note, original unedited images will not be released.
Typically, couples book about 1 year before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame. If we aren't available, we can help you find a team who is.
You can expect about 50 to 75 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding via an online downloadable gallery. This gallery can be shared with family and friends instantly, and you may order prints as well.
In my years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
