Cooking and creating meals for others has been my passion for as long as I can remember. My dream began watching food network instead of cartoons as a small child and finding myself inspired to pursue a career in culinary arts. I’ve worked for years in hospitality and now I get share my love of cooking on a more personal level, creating custom meals for families and friends to enjoy together. I love food because it connects people and helps create memories that will last a lifetime. Chef Tara is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. She has lifelong experience & was raised in the food industry. Growing up in the family's restaurants and summer resort businesses gives her well rounded expertise in both front & back of the house. Chef is well versed in many international cuisine styles and personally speaks to each client to create a custom menu for your wedding/event. Chef does not offer a limited list of items to chose from or a limited option of packages for catering. Each event and menu is unique. I have been in love with all things entertaining since I planned my first birthday party at the age of 5! After spending over 15 year perfecting my craft in various areas of the special events industry, I decided to pursue a lifelong passion and attend culinary school. In March of 2019 I graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York focusing on health supportive cuisine.
