I have been in love with all things entertaining since I planned my first birthday party at the age of 5! After spending over 15 year perfecting my craft in various areas of the special events industry, I decided to pursue a lifelong passion and attend culinary school. In March of 2019 I graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York focusing on health supportive cuisine. Each celebration has a signature touch, a personal flair, it is a reflection of who you are interpreted by my hands. It is simply me, Amelia Irene Design.

Amelia Irene Catering & Event Design was founded by Chef Amelia Irene to curate memorable intimate affairs where chef inspired plant-based cuisine merges with exceptional event design to create lasting memories when life’s journey requires celebration! We specialize in weddings, social gatherings and corporate events. We are based in North Carolina, however we also provide catering services in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and the New York City vicinity. Wedding planning and coordination services are provided locally and globally to help you say I Do to forever!
