At Carolina Party Partners we firmly believe that you should enjoy your event just as much as your guests. Our goal is to deliver a stress-free day to our clients. We believe the best way to achieve this is through the combination of thorough training and extensive experience. Our Event Managers have years of experience in the hospitality and/or food service industries allowing them to identify and eliminate problems before they develop, and remain flexible to changing conditions.

We require all of our staff to be fully trained in their relative roles through state and nationally recognized training programs such as responsible alcohol serving, safe food handling, crowd management, and COVID-19 preparedness. It is this combination of experience and training that allows us to perfectly deliver your event!

We are a full-service event staffing company that specializes in providing the help people need when planning a wedding, birthday party, anniversary, rehearsal dinner, or any other type of social event.
Carolina Party Partners was launched in 2020 by our founder, Kenny Thornewell, after working as the operations manager of a local wedding planning company for five years. Prior to that, Kenny had worked in the hospitality & tourism industry for several years serving as a food and beverage operations manager.
It really depends on the type of event. For events where we are fulfilling a server, bartender, or food-handling role, our staff will wear black shoes, black pants, and a black polo with a Carolina Party Partners logo.
Last call for alcoholic beverages will be made approximately 45 minutes prior to the scheduled end time of the event, and the last alcoholic beverage will be served no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end time of the event. Only one alcoholic beverage will be served per guest after the last call is made. Due to our liquor liability insurance regulations, we are unable to serve alcoholic beverages after 11:55 PM under any circumstance.
