Roth & Angell Events is a boutique private chef and events company founded on the belief that food should feel as personal and memorable as the occasions it helps create. Led by Executive Chef Peter Deitrick, a Culinary Institute of America graduate with training in France, London, and Mexico, Roth & Angell draws on Peter’s more than a decade of experience leading renowned Manhattan hotels, including The Crosby and The Public. That experience shaped his deep appreciation for hospitality and the thoughtful details that transform an occasion into an experience.
